Cosy hotel with brilliant transport linksPosted Dec 2, 2014
We had a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel. All hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Standard rooms were small but cosy and clean. Breakfast was filling and varied. On the whole a wonderful hotel, very close to the tram which gives you good access to main tourist attractions.

Long weekend stayPosted Nov 11, 2014
Pros: hotel staff
Location: there are few restaurants where you have to go during your stay in prague.
What I can say is that hotel staff is just excellent. They're really helpfull any time You need them. Rooms are just ok if You don't get room number 40 (it is really small but is also ok). Breakfast is really good.

Great hotelPosted Oct 19, 2014
A lovely hotel to stay. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Although a little out of town, the tram system is so efficient, we never had to wait more than a few minutes. Free coffee was a lovely little touch and leaving luggage was welcomed. The only issue we had is that the room was too hot and you need to have the windows closed at night due to the proximity of the tram line. All in all I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Wonderful little place in PraguePosted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: The staff went out of their way to be helpful, going way beyond 4 star hotels I've stayed in. Nice breakfast. Quiet.
Cons: Bathroom is quite nice but shower is handheld with no attachment to the wall.
Location: The neighborhood is full of small Czech restaurants and the tram stop is less than 1 minute away, so you're a few minutes from the heart of Prague.
I didn't know where to stay in Prague so chose this place because of proximity to Congress Palace. It turned out to be a great choice. Much quieter than hotels closer to Old Town, but very convenient. Staff was the most attentive and helpful I've ever encountered. I'd stay here again in a minute.

Pros: ottima colazione, gentilissimi tutti.
Location: ben posizionato vicino al centro ma con appena una targhetta sul portone sempre chiuso.
ottima qualita' del servizio ma camera in mansarda veramente scomoda. letto matrimoniale composto da due singoli, non va bene a questo livello.

Surprising.Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: The old style and easy of transport into and out of the city centre
Cons: modern air conditioning
Location: 5 min. on the No. 24 tram out of town. Behind the hotel is the old fort which has beautiful gardens with a walk around the old walls with good views
Because of the hotel location, there are no signs outside just a few international flags. However you walk through the large heavy wooden doors which hide the most beautiful old style high ceiling vestibule. Polite welcoming staff and a welcome drink. The rooms were comfortable and clean with plenty of storage. On the downside the air conditioning is old and I guess noisy, but I never worked out how to turn it on. The breakfast room was well stocked but in the cellar it was dingy and had no character.
