“Great Christmas in Prague”

This is a great hotel, great staff and in a good neighborhood. The staff really was pleasant and accomodating. My only complaint is that they cranked the heaters too high, so it would be too hot for us in our room and we slept with the windows open at night, which in December is a little chilly outside. Their morning breakfast was a good selection and one that keeps you energized all day. It would be nice if they would mix it up some, since we had every morning for a week. I would definetly stay there again.

“Loved it!”

I loved this hotel. Every member of the staff smiled and greeted guests at all times, asked if help was needed and was happy to provide. Is it possible for an entire hotel staff to never be having a "bad day"? Putting the needs of guests first was clearly a priority, The hotel is lovely, clean, the staff thoughtful. It was a great experience.

“Outstanding Property”

Superior Staff & Service, Great Resturant and Patio Resturant for Breakfast with views. Car service to anywhere anytime with Mercedes. A great local Hungarian Resturant within 100 yards. The rooms were excellent. The only disadvantage is that you have to take a taxi to the old town, but with the car service available we did not find this to be a problem.

“Neighborhood”

This hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the action in Prague an easy walk, but a walk none the less. Plenty of local restaurants but the hotels restaurant is very over priced.

“An enchanting treasure”

The hotel was better than advertised. Rooms were spacious enough, very tidy & clean, had a free mini-bar (something unheard of these days). The food in the hotel's restaurant was delicious. Staff were extremely attentive, kind, professional and most pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Prague.

“Outstanding hotel”

Outstanding hotel, great service, exceptionally designed rooms. The breakfast service on the terrace has the beautiful view of Prague. An experience you shouldn't miss.

“Excellent hotel stay, definitely a 5 star hotel”

While on R&R from Afghanistan, my girlfried and I satyed the last two nights in Prague at La Palaise, we were blown away. The service was excellent, the decor was very comfortable, and the amenities were first rate. Additionally, we had dinner on our last night ten feet from author J.K. Rowles of Harry Potter fame. The food was good but typical small portions when compared to American meals. I really wish I had stayed at this hotel throughout our trip in Prague. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the Czech Republic.

“Quiet, upscale, initmate neighborhood hotel (palace).”

My 13 yr. old son and I recently had reason to be in Prague where I was on business. As this was his first trip to Europe, I wanted everything to be perfect for him. I selected Le Palais from EXPEDIA's web site and hoped that it would be everything we expected. The stay exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff could not have been more accomodating. As the weather was nice, we enjoyed breakfast each morning on the lovely terrace. Some may find the hotel's location a bit far from the Old Town or historic district, but all attractions were within a short walk or taxi ride. I would stay here again and look forward to bringing my wife.

“This place is the best”

It could not be better. The room was grand, the minibar is FREE!!! Bedding was of very high quality. The resturant in the motel is world class. Prague is beautiful by itself but staying at this motel made it one of the best vacations.
