Hotel is nicer than Four Seasons but Four Seasons is in a better location for most people, they are 5 minutes apart by car and 15 minute walk.

One of the finest hotels we have stayed at

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Location and the standard of the staff
Cons: Very little
Location: The Castle , the Jewish Quarter , Charles Bridge
This was our first visit to Prague and we booked the Mandarin Oriental on previous experiences with the MO in Bangkok and Hong Kong. The MO in Prague was absolutely up to expectations in every way and we could not find fault with anything - service , hotel location , food or staff. Our room overlooked the garden and was spacious and appointed as one would expect at a hotel of this standard. Highly recommended .

Excelente. Genial para ir con niños. Un 10!!

Posted Mar 28, 2015

Will be excellent once refurbishment complete

Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: The staff.
Cons: Obviously, the present bar and restaurant arrangements, but that should come.
Location: Situated in Mala Strana, the Old Town, with its beautiful cobbled streets and little squares. Walking distance from Charles Bridge and Castle.
Beautiful conversion of old monastery, currently undergoing refurbishment on restaurant and bar, hence temporary arrangements until end March. Rooms very well appointed; comfortable bed and tasteful furnishing; excellent bathroom facilities. Extremely well run hotel with outstanding level of service. Staff could not have been more helpful or charming. Food very good. No pool, but small gym and spa facilities. Best Mandarin outside Bangkok!

Posted Jan 25, 2015
Pros: The location, friendly staffs.
Cons: Breakfast selections!
Location: Five minutes away from Charles bridge.
Mandarin Oriental Prague is only few minutes away from the world famous Charles Bridge yet located in a quiet embassy areas. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely choosing this hotel again the next time I go to Prague!
