Nice Hotel right in the heart of Old Town SquarePosted Dec 26, 2014
Pros: It was conveniently located. The rooms were spacious and modern.
Cons: There is always room for improvement, I would like to see a communal lounge area with over stuffed lounge chairs and some local reading material.
We arrived early evening to find the Old Town Square jammed packed with people and no way of finding our hotel by car, which put a little stress on us. However, once located, the staff took care of our luggage and car and we were able to freshen up the comfort of our room. Eager to acquaint ourselves with Praha, we stepped out of our hotel right in the middle of the action. The square was alight with fairy lights and a beautiful Xmas that you stopped to look at while you warmed yourself by sipping the locally made mulled wine that you had purchased from the street markets. There was so much to see, and you soon found yourself wandering hand in hand around the beautiful streets that eventually led you back to the square. The real find was an elegant restaurant called Casserol which we had stumbled upon on our second day. To complete the fairy tale, we went to a string quartet concert in the Klementinum (Mirror Chapel) early in the evening, then dinner at Casserol followed by a stroll around the Old Town and to close out the night a night cap in the beautifully restored restaurant and bar White Horse Prague which was right below our hotel.

Not even close to a good 3 Star HotelPosted Dec 13, 2014
Pros: Nice view
Cons: Everything apart from the nice view over the old town square
Location: Nice location but don't expect to be able to drive up to the hotel or easily find the entrance. Also, expect to carry your luggage up the stairs
Apart from the nice view over the old town square nothing was right. Difficult to find entrance, no elevator, no breakfast buffet or good food, cannot drive up to the hotel, no taxis, cold and spacious rooms built into a an old living room, sloppy overall cleaning, expensive and expired drinks in the mini bar, etc. 5 Star fraud, if you take away the location it wouldn't even be a good 3 Star. With so many nice hotels on offer in this fantastic city i would suggest you go anywhere else.

It's a nicely located hotel with very nice staff. Room was spacious and very nice. The only minor issue, which has nothing to do with this hotel is that because of its location tends to have quite a bit of noise around. But this is minor.

Very nice hotel and locationPosted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: The room and view, helpful reception staff.
Cons: The heating in the bedroom wasn't adjustable by us.
Location: In the centre so everything was near bars, shops and restaurants all within 30 second walk.
Had a 3 night stay here and it was excellent, comfortable room, very helpful staff, and a good view over the square.

Amazing locationPosted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Beautiful rooms, great breakfast.
Cons: Managements helpfulness in my situation
This hotel is beautifully designed and perfectly located in Old Town Square. The hotel room itself was spacious and modern with a window looking out on the square. The bathroom was modern as well and the soaking tub was incredible. There was a bit of an issue with the shower not draining well, so we had to shower quite quickly, but otherwise the room was more than we were hoping for. My only issue came after our room was cleaned - I was storing a pair of diamond earrings in a glass on the bedside table. After the room was cleaned the glass, and my earrings, were gone. I spoke with management about this upon check-out and thoroughly afterward via email. At no point did the hotel admit any fault (they said they checked the room multiple times) and refused to compensate me in any way. Toward the end of our exchange management was quite rude and seemed to brush me off. What I assume was an accident turned in to a rather nasty memory overshadowing my stay. When I return to Prague I will be staying at another hotel.

A hotel room with a real viewPosted Oct 21, 2014
Had brilliant time in Prague and the hotel played a big part. Ideally placed for everything room huge and very comfy. Breakfast in the room is just being spoilt and we loved it! Good selection of food and lots of it so no going hungry here. Try and get room on square, it is not noisy unless you are a very light sleeper or you are in bed silly early! We had a view on to the square could see the clock tower and people watched when we wanted just to chill out before we went out again. The hotel is actually more like you are in your own apartment and you come and go as you please. Very safe with buzzer entry and all the team there are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, it's a genuinely nice place to stay and we would happily return any time. It was our anniversary when we where there and received a bottle of bubbly which we supped the first night watching the world go by on a warmish evening. All I can say is try this hotel it's different from the normal hotels as it is so small and exclusive but the room sizes are large as if in a wonderful suite (to be fair we were in a jnr suite) and you really get to see the world of Prague from.your window.

Perfect location!Posted Oct 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was the first stay for our European honeymoon and it was perfect! The location was walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. We especially loved the breakfast in our room and the live entertainment outside on our terrace. The cellar in the basement of the hotel also had great music and was very romantic!

Enjoyed my trip to Prague, hotel was so central so ideal for exploring the city, easily on foot.
