Very good location. That's what you pay for .Posted Jul 24, 2014
Cons: Almost everything
Location: Its right where all the action is
Minimal facilities and basic hotel But the location is excellent. If that's important this is a good option. If it isn't you can getter better value elsewhere

Great location, Close to Old Town, Charles BridgePosted Jul 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed here 3 nights. Had cheapest room on top floor. Very clean and adequate though basic. Two twin beds, no AC or fan but opening windows at night made things fine. Terrific location. Bus 119 from Airport to Metro + 4 stops to Mustek stop and 2 block walk, next to public market. 100 meters to Astronomical clock and Old Town Square, 200 meters to Wenceslaus Square. Close to Charles Bridge, walk to Castle. Many restaurants in the area. Felt very safe, street performers were fun.

Steps from Wencelas Square & Old Town SquarePosted May 31, 2014
Pros: See the above.
Location: Extremely well located between Wencelas Square and Old Town Square. A short walk through Old Town will lead you to the Charles Bridge.
The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and quiet--the rooms that overlook the main street hear all the night-time noise from the streets. (Might not be for the light sleeper.) A top-notch hotel to "live" in a similar manner of the Czechs. Extremely well located between Wencelas Square and Old Town Square. A short walk through Old Town will take you to the Charles Bridge. Note: there is no elevator. It is a walk-up to your room. And the first floor is considered the floor above the ground floor.

The hotel was in a good location in PraguePosted May 13, 2014
Cons: Mention in the add that the Pension is on the 2-5 floors with stairs. It could use an overhaul in bedding andtowels.
Location: Location in Prague was good but a little noisy at night and early morning with asset up of an outdoor market.
To reach the room in the hotel,it required walking up 70 stairs with suitcases.the room was adequate but offered only a minimum of comfort. The bathroom was outside of the room.Perhaps, we could have done better for the price.

Looks good on web but not really, except locationPosted May 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
I chose it because of the good location. The receptionist is fine. HOWEVER, our room is at 5th floor and there is no elevator. We cannot get any wifi signal in our room. The room was not that clean and it could be noisy till late night (which was ok). The 20% off coupon offered for the restaurant downstair is not worthy. Food and drink cost more with ok quality. There are better choices out there. NOT recommended.

Pros: location location close to town , subway .
Location: close to down town .
We made reservation 3 month in advance , they gave us the almost the last room of the hotel we have to step up to the room about 88 step up and 88 step down . The room under the roof . If need the place to stay think twice about this .

Friendly StaffPosted Apr 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was right in the heart of the city, the location couldn't have been better. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and had a fabulous view. I didn't care for the 3 flights of stair but it is Europe after all. I would stay there again.
In a word: DifficultPosted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: The employees at the tiny Hostel desk were especially kind. Furthermore, the room had a small refrigerator and a container to heat water.
Cons: Cleanliness was lacking completely.
Location: The Hostel is in Old Town looking down on a daily market and within walking distance of the major attractions.
Pension Tara - Hostel is very difficult to find. Walking up four dark, narrow, winding flights of stairs to the garret room was difficult. It was difficult to use the threadbare, stale-smelling towels. Sleeping on the lumpy cots under unwashed, odorous duvets with matching lumpy, unwashed pillows was very difficult. Sleeping period was not difficult; rather, it was impossible because of the yelling, apparently drunken individuals roaming the street below throughout each night. The next time I am in Prague, I assuredly shall find a less difficult accommodation.

Excellent location in old townPosted Aug 2, 2013
Cons: The room was basic clean sheets , carpeting is old, lots of stairs to get to your room no elevator
Location: Your are in the center of old town. I do reccommend taking the free walking tours offer in the main square they last 2 hours, wear comfortable shoes
Great location, 2 minute walk to central plaza, short distance to the Charles bridge and main train station as well as a 2 minute walk to metro station
