Thank you for your sincere feedback!We are glad you enjoyed the location. Unfortunately, we do not have washing machines in this hotel (as seen in the description of the rooms). However, the receptionist should be able to help you find a laundromat.

Thank you for your feedback! I am so sorry about the experience with ice. The city is supposed to maintain the streets, and we were not prepared for such a situation. However, I do hope you have still enjoyed your stay.

We stayed for one night before our early morning flight. The staff was very friendly, easy check in, hotel offers a free shuttle to terminals which is very convenient and takes just a few minutes. Hotel has a restaurant.

I received all the products and services as advertised and that are expected from an airport hotel. All staff was friendly and helpful. It appears that the bathroom was newly renovated, beds were comfortable and storage space was ample. I took one star off for Property Conditions because the carpets need to be replaced. They had bleach stains in some areas - but, importantly, the carpets were clean!

The hotel and grounds were really clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Some common areas such as hallway carpets were showing some age but they were clean and maintained. Our room was updated, clean and very comfortable.

The property is bare bones, but that is sufficient for the purpose – one night before /after your flight. When you arrive there is a landline phone at the terminal information desk where you can call for shuttle. In the morning shuttle is very busy, but local buses to terminals run every 5 minutes just across the road.

This hotel is close to the airport, offering a free airport shuttle service even for early departures. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is easily reachable by city transportation. The hotel staff is helpful - we could store our suitcases on the property before the check-in, free of charge so that we could go and enjoy the city. We did not need to use the hotel restaurant since we dined in the city. Tip: Buy yourself a transportation pass for a day to get easily all across Prague.

Restaurant served still water that was an opened bottle that had a strong taste. Have had same brand before with no taste like tap water. Disappointed and surprised.

free shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive after 3 calls to the front desk. In an era of tech and mobility, they could have reached out to the driver to give an exact position. I would have gladly taken a bolt, uber or taxi had i known it would take time for the shuttle given i had a conference call i missed. the front evening desk spoke limited english was rude on the phone and was short in responses. best to eat at the airport if you arrive late the menu was basic and quality poor and overpriced. Thirty $ for a cheeseburger and (1) beer. morning check out and return to airport were fine.

We booked this hotel for its obvious convenience of being near the airport. The shuttle service made getting to our departing flight easy. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was rather quiet for being so close to the airport. The bathroom and shower were wonderful. I would stay again and highly recommend!
