“Solid budget hotel in good location. Excellent service.”

This hotel was great for the price. It's not 4* US-hotel luxury, but it's certainly not a hostel either. The rooms were simple but clean. The bathrooms were relatively spacious and the showers were high-quality. The furniture was simple, and the lobby, hallways, and elevator were small, but functional. Their strength is the service and the location. The people at the front desk were super-helpful and pleasant. They gave us maps, and spent 10 minutes giving us advice and answering all our questions about sights, restaurants, parking, subways, do's and don'ts, etc... They spoke great English and seemed to genuinely care about us as guests. The location is on one of the main streets that radiate from Old Town square, full of restaurants, bars and cafes that we walked all hours of the day and night. It's also around the corner from the subway. We actually stayed there twice... at the beginning of our trip and then for the last day before we had to go back to the airport. If you're looking for something clean and simple in a good area, this place can't be beat for the price. And the staff is wonderful. If you're used to being pampered in a 4* US-style hotel, you probably won't like this place because it will be too simple for you.

for this price you can not find a hotel like this hotel. location is excellent, just 5minutes from the main square. room was clean. there's just one thing to be improved. tovels was little bit hard...

Location was good as was the wi fi connection, which is weak point of most praguer hotels. The breakfast was OK by czech standart. Very friendly staff
