Beautiful new apartmentsPosted Oct 18, 2014
Everything looks new & pretty in the room. There is absolutely nothing to complain, only regrets for not staying longer. Location is easy to find with trams & metro nearby, 5 mins slow walk.

Great apartment 'home away from home' and locationPosted Sep 27, 2014
Pros: Clean, spacious, great value for money, good location, very helpful staff.
The apartments are newly refurbished and some are still undergoing refurbishment. The apartment we had was on the top floor (5 floors in total) and very clean with all amenities and more, including cooking/washing/dining and separate seating area as well as very comfortable bed. Also a washing machine and a separate toilet to the main bathroom. The apartments are very spacious. There was a daily cleaning and topping up service and a towel/bedding renewal on Wednesday. The staff were excellent from dealing with queries during booking and arranging transport to and from the airport. They were very quick to respond to emails. It is located outside of the city centre however everything is within walking distance, and very close to the tram/metro if you don't want to walk. The apartment is a great place to return to after spending the day exploring Prague and relax. There are many eateries nearby and ample supermarkets. the only caveat is being on the top floor the room has eaves, which may be a problem and get annoying for a taller person, we are 5ft 3in and had no problems at all. Also it can get very noisy due to traffic outside and depending on other guests due to thin walls.

Much better than expectedPosted Sep 25, 2014
Never stayed at apartments rather than regular hotel, decided this time hotels in city centre were a but pricey. Turned our to be a great choice, the apartment is a nicely decorated studio with kitchen area having all you need. Reception staff was great, very helpful. Apartment was cleaned daily. Little loud door bell though :) Got own main entrance key so no problems if get back late. Really not far from old town, can walk or take tram or metro, stops are very close. Some construction works outside but it didn't bother me at all. Overall it was great, really good value for money. Good luck with expanding of the business!

4 night stay in sept 14Posted Sep 21, 2014
The apartments are nice and look like the pictures. We have stayed in this area before and really like it. It's just far enough away from the main square so that everything is reachable on foot but you don't get the crowds on your door step. The hotel was well priced, especially for two couples sharing a 2 bed apartment. The only negatives were: They only change the towels every 3 days. There were rods works directly outside the hotel so you couldn't walk down the pavement. This meant crossing 3 roads to get out. It would have been nice to have been told about this prior to our stsy as it was hard to find and get in the place. The hotel staff are friendly but seem inexperienced. They knocked on our door looking for chairs for the dining room which weren't there? I have been in worse hotels and this place is a good base to explore the city.

Excellent service from the start!Posted Sep 13, 2014
Arriving late to Prague all we could think about was food and a comfy bed. Not only was our room larger than expected but the cleanliness was up to our OCD standards. The young male that checked us in was knowledgeable, courteous and by the time we got downstairs at 11pm to find food he'd written a list of restaurants and dishes to order. Definitely recommended!

Convenient apartments near Wenceslas SquarePosted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: Location, modern room. Great staff.
Cons: The lift is tiny! The plumbing needs attention. Construction outside hotel could make it tricky to find.
Location: A few minutes walk from Metro, National museum etc. supermarket right over the street.
This apartment building is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. We liked this location as it was also close yo Pavlova Metro but far enough away from the potentially rowdy element at night. The room was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. On the minus side, the lift is tiny and the bathtub took a very long time to drain. The bathroom mirror was also not securely fastened and almost fell off! These issues aside, we were still happy with our choice and would stay there again, mainly based on the location and cleanliness.

Excellent option in Prague.Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Everything was excellent.
Location: Location is very practical. You have ATM's, money exchange offices, restaurants, a metro station, tram and bus stops all in one block.
Excellent, accommodating staff. Located less than one block away from the metro station, banks, tram and some restaurants. The apartments are top quality and they are VERY clean. The view is great and the location outstanding. Excellent value. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice, roomy, close to sightsPosted Jul 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
Royal Court Apartments were fantastic - the staff spoke very good English and we're very knowledgable and helpful, the apartment was very clean and large. Even though the apartments are located on a busy street, it was super quiet in the room and the room had air conditioning, which was great after a hot day of walking around Prague. We would recommend it to friends or stay again in the future.

Very modern facilities close to transportPosted Jun 12, 2014
Very comfortable apartments, fully self contained short walk to Wenceslas square, a little further walk to old town. Subway and trams very close, short distance to main international train station. Staff speak English well and happy to assist with directions, transport information when asked. No separate bedroom just one big room in a one bedroom apartment
