Hospitality is what you won’t get in this hotel. There is no complimentary water in the room and when you go to get water in breakfast room during bf the kitchen maid came out and said u can’t get water with bottle,There is no other plain jar of water or bottle water provided. The other day the lemon water jar was gone, so I asked the staff, she said there is no jar for water. Yet, when my bf went down later there is a jar of lemon water! That’s too low for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is always cold, even the hot dishes. There is microwave for use.
Every time next door open their door u would feel like yours is opened, so does TV. No amenities in toilet, no slippers, no toilet lock, no drinking water. Curtain is transparent.
From day 1 till day 4 I asked everyday few times if we could change room, I couldn’t open luggages while other standard rooms could. Yet the reception kept saying I’m sorry it is impossible because u booked a standard. Well I know it’s a standard room but there are other standard room which has a square hallway for us to open luggages. The standard room sizes vary and maybe we book through Expedia and they get less rate what so ever, till day 7 I couldn’t change but there are many other guests kept moving in n out the other standard rooms I wanted.
The hotel is very far away (5-6 blocks )to bus station or metro. It was hard to walk in such a windy cold weather, so Uber is the choice. Many nearer hotels nearby
