The hotel is not like shown in the pictures, but is an ok hotel, it is not that close to downtown, but you can still walk there, it is like 20-25 min walk

Expected more for the price we paid and below standard we expected for a Radisson hotel. The breakfast was not great either, beans in baked beans were hard, potatoes half cooked and the scrambled eggs were too runny. Staff were very friendly.
Lacking attention to detail, one of the snack pot ( almond nuts) in our room had past its best before date.

It was an average stay, the hotel felt a little tired and in need of updating. We had two family rooms, sadly one was not in a good state. The door handle to the children's room was not securely attached and fell off repeatedly, the overhead light around the window did not work and the TV was poorly hung on the retractable tv stand. When discussing this with the staff at check out one member of the concierge was quite rude about it. The room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival and the mirror to the bathroom was fairly dusty. But the extractor fans in the bathroom did not appear to work so perhaps that was the cause of the problem. I have stayed in a number of Radisson Blu hotels and sadly this one was not up to the standard I have come to expect from this chain.
But the location was good for being central to be able to explore the city and the evening meal we had on our arrival was very nice - the waiting staff were very good.

I stayed in the duplex penthouse suite.
The room was no where near worth the price I paid there was a terrible view on the internal building (was expecting views of Prague) the finishes in the room didn’t match the price it just wasn’t luxury, also the banister on the second floor isn’t load bearing.
I loved Prague because I went with my wife and it was amazing I would recommend a different hotel though.
Although the breakfast was good.

Wasn’t expecting much. Quick trip from our vacay in Berlin. Pleasantly surprised. Beautiful, clean hotel. Modern, spacious room. Beautiful bathroom with rain shower. At the main desk, we were Greeted by Dimitri who took the time to give us directions, dinner and breakfast suggestions. It is so far the best hotel we’ve stated at when traveling to Europe.

Radisson Blu, Prague was an extremely nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They offered recommendations on places to visit and restaurants, arranged transportation and COVID testing, they were fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance of all the major Prague attractions. My family would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay overall but our initial check in was not pleasant. The thermostat was not working and when I notified the receptionist seemed annoyed and acted dismissive. The room was hot (stuffy) and we couldn’t breathe properly. We wanted to lower the temperature but to no avail. Thermostat (device on wall) did not work. I went back to reception twice and the response we got was: Give it some time. It’ll adjust eventually. This was after almost 30 mins. The ‘dismissive’ receptionist said he basically couldn’t do anything. But I kept insisting. Finally after much complain Marek was called. He was a life-saver! Nice attitude Marek somehow was able to turn off heater and thermostat as well. We slept with a window crack open during our six-night stay because the thermostat was hard to adjust.
