Unfortunately we were not informed ahead of our arrival that the pool and spa were closed on the two days we were staying at the property. We were offered to use the facilities of another hotel 1/4 mile away but that simply dies not cut it. If we had been told beforehand we probably would have gone elsewhere.

Sanitation is an annualy obligatory practice and is essential to keep up with hygiene standards. I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and as it seemed to be in a good location and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions Definitely chose the right one, hotel itself was lovely and our suite with a large balcony was fantastic, and very big Prague is a beautiful city and staying here & being so close to everything was a bonus as we walked to everything.

Beautiful hotel with good vibes
Beautiful hotel, was given room upgrade, early check in, late checkout and a bottle of wine per stay. The hotel is also near places of interest and train station.

My husband and I stayed at The Grand Mark for 3 nights. We loved everything about this hotel. This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, they had a wonderful selection. The room was spacious and welcoming. If we go back to Prague, we will definitely stay here. You can walk to all the sites.

Beautiful hotel. Service was top notch. Room was spacious, full of amenities, spotless and attended to multiple times/day. Greetings were always kind and abundant. The restaurant was wonderful and the setting quite inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will make this our home away from home again when we return to Prague.

What a wonderful property. We were in an executive suite which was spacious and lovely. The peacock garden was so beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was the best we have ever experienced in Europe. The concierge was very nice and helpful. The car driver that met us at the airport was so nice and spoke English.we will definitely stay again.

My son cut his foot by a broken glass on rm floor
Everything is good except a piece of broken glass was found on the room floor while we check-in and my son cut his foot. We told the hotel but they didn't come for cleaning but just took away the glass.

Amazing Stay!
My family and I had an amazing stay at the Grand Mark. The service was exceptional, especially Bileil, who was the most helpful and always smiling! The room was very large and had everything we needed, including extra items for our 13 month baby, including his own robe! We’d definitely stay here again when next visiting Prague!

I cannot tell you how difficult it is to be in another country alone. I absolutely loved my stay here. They were friendly supportive accommodating and helpful. The facilities were beautiful. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is well-located, just beyond the most tourist area with a lot of amazing restaurants around it. The hotel itself has a Michelin star restaurant. Our room was spectacular: rich decor, the most comfortable bed, a balcony... plus take-down service in the evening. We never really ever noticed any staff around: our room was always spectacular. Highly recommend this hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel. The staff from the very beginning was so kind and helpful, we couldn't have asked for better assistance with dining, and information about area attractions. The restaurant at the hotel was by far one of the nicest I have been to in a long time. The service was impeccable, the food was great and the price was quite reasonable! We will definitely stay there again if we go to Prague again. I highly recommend the hotel.
