Hotel was extremely well presented and welcomingPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Location, peaceful
Location: Walking distance to Old Town Sq, Wenceslas Sq, Charles Bridge etc
Had a great weekend in Prague staying at Hotel Unitas. The location was teriffic as close enough to walk to all the main attractions, but in a quiet street. The hotel was set around an internal courtyard, so very peaceful without any passing cars or pedestrians. We received a warm welcome, with assistance to take cases up to our room which was huge. Very clean modern bathroom. Room was well equipped, even had a DVD player and access to the DVD library in reception. Breakfast buffet excellent, with loads of choice. Everything you would expect and more. Overall as great city break in a central location in an individual hotel.

Delightful ambiance and servicePosted Feb 20, 2014
We enjoyed our four-night stay at Hotel Unitas very much. It's on a rather boring street but in a good location, near enough to everything on both sides of the river. The staff are fluent in English and very helpful. We chose to upgrade to a superior twin for more space and asked for the twin beds to be joined together - it was a lovely high-ceilinged-room, very clean and large enough for a sense of bathroom privacy, not always a feature of European hotel rooms. We took someone's advice and asked for a courtyard view instead of a street view, so it was perfectly quiet. The breakfast buffet, served from 7 to 11, was excellent, with lots of choices. A few interesting TV channels plus a DVD player and a reasonably-sized DVD library from which to choose. Two free wired computers in general areas for those who don't carry around their own and a piano you can play. An excellent film club/theatre almost next door. We'd gladly stay at the Unitas again if we go to Prague again, which we may, despite our one bad experience with a medical quasi-emergency that turned out o.k. but did not give us a very high impression of the Czech hospital system (for example, the hotel is non-smoking but the hospital is not!). In just about all other respects, Prague and the Hotel Unitas were both great.

Amazing Location with Excellent StaffPosted Jan 24, 2014
Pros: The attention to detail is outstanding, the small touches like welcome drinks and turning the beds down every evening are very much appreciated.
Cons: Nothing could be improved
Location: Excellent location, easy to get everywhere!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. It is in a good location, the rooms are fantastic and the service is outstanding. We enjoyed our stay so much we're already looking at going back! We won't stay anywhere else in Prague, Unitas Hotel is the best by far.

Pros: The room was huge and the staff so friendly, they receive us with a glass of champagne. Excellent buffet breakfast. And an amazing interior patio.
Location: Everything is nearby. We love "Tempo Allegro" a little wine bar and tapas.
We love the hotel. Everything is walking distance; good restaurants the old city of Prague, the Charles Bridge, etc.

Excellent hotel with lovely welcoming staffPosted Jan 5, 2014
Pros: The hotel is really lovely and clean, the staff are really welcoming and polite and very helpful.
Cons: An outside smoking area undercover or out of the wind
Location: The hotel is 5 minutes away from all the main attractions which are easily reached on foot.
The hotel in reality is so much better than the photographs on the site. It is in a quiet street just off the main shopping area 5 mins walk away from Wenseslass Square and the Old Town. The breakfast buffet caters for all tastes and is excellent. We plan to visit Prague again in the summer and will be using the same hotel as it is exceptional, clean, well maintained, huge rooms and with lovely staff.
