We ended up arriving at this hotel at 11 am on our scheduled check in day, to be turned away for at least 2 more hours as they had not started cleaning the rooms yet. We had just driven in from Amarillo, Tx.Once we did finally check in, the desk attendant who was also appeared to be cleaning rooms and had appeared to have been serving breakfast, quickly checked us in, and I thought we were done.Upon arriving to the room, we found that our reservation hadn't been looked at, as it stated 2 adults and 1 child. After a brief call to the front desk he gives us keys to a room with what appeared to be 2 twin beds. Not wanting to fuss as I was coming down with a flu like illness, we dealt with the cirumstances. Later that very evening we were in our room winding down and ready for bed when we get a call from the front desk telling me that some one else had been assigned room keys to our room and then left to get food. We were reserved in for 3 nights at this hotel and after night number 2 we were locked out of our room! They only had us in the system for 2 nights. I was very sick at this time, and had to go to the front desk and be issued New keys for the same room.

Why is the floor sticky?Posted Jan 7, 2015 on Hotels.com
This is one of the more expensive chain hotels we found offered in Prescott and we found it to be rather dismal for the price, and in general. In fact even if the stay was free the gas money to get there wouldn't have been worth it. Everything was covered in an unknown sticky type of goo, and seemed to be on the brink of falling apart completely. As a kicker the first room they gave us had not been cleaned so they switched us but not before yelling and cussing at the worker who forgot to change the beds. Once we were in our "clean" room we kind of just laughed about how utterly terrible to room was and tried not to touch anything. At least there was a giant Motel Six sign right outside our window that blocked the view and filled our room with a romantic neon red glow...

Pros: The breakfast set up.
Cons: Cleanliness. And if there is a legit reason, like the storm of 100 years coming to C.A-Arizona ,And we drove give it a break.. credit the one nite.
Location: Prescott, awesome location close to old town.Lots to do, shop ,walk I brought my dog.
The first day there was no soaps, shampoo, ect. The coffee maker was encrusted with years of crap. Never washed, The drawers had filth in them never wiped out. I lived out of suitcase for 3days. I was upset but except that we paid for 4 nights but had to leave early due to weather conditions . Well they charged us for four nites, even though we checked out in 3.Thats Exspedia. There best quality was the beakfast from 6-11. Great set up.

Relaxing & QuietPosted Dec 8, 2014
Our stay was only one night. The room was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful when you could find them. If you are handicapped-there is no elevator to the second floor. Breakfast was basic, but hot & tasty.

Pricy for a dirty, smelly old place. Even if we had a noon smoking room the whole bulding had terrible cigarret smell. Only because there was not much to choose from on the weekend but i wont come back to thjs hotel.

ConsistentPosted Nov 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
It is consistent-last visit the first floor ice machine was out of order so had to go upstairs. This time, both out of order. Every time you needed ice, you had to find staff to get some bagged ice from the freezer. Staff was friendly, but none of the same people from last visit.

Not my favorite choice, but we were stuckPosted Oct 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was not the best but everything in Cottonwood and Jerome was booked for the weekend before Halloween, so we settled. There is a general lack of cleanliness and it was trashy and even a little shady. There were not any refrigerators in the rooms, the bathroom floors were dirty - I would avoid it if I had the chance to pick something better.

Steve is the manPosted Oct 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
The best part of the hotel was the service provided by the nightclerk, Steve. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy after we were assigned a dirty room, including bringing a refrigerator up and offering a complimentary bottle of wine. Make sure that your room has a refrigerator because not every room has one by default.
