My fiance and I had stayed for three days at this B&B (in an historic 300 years old Colonial house) and we've had a great experience Gail is a great hostess, and she had made every effort to please us and to make us feel comfortable Her homemade blueberry pancakes...... the best on earth!!! the same could be said about her homemade scones and cup cakes, delicious!!! If we return to Mystic we'll stay there again and again Thank you Gail Elizabeth and Dario

Historic Bread & BreakfastPosted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: The charm, decor, food, and comfort.
Cons: Truly, I would not change a thing!
Location: Mystic, CT is nearby. We went to two local wineries, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Foxwoods Casino, Al Dente Restaurant, and The Village Grille.
We had the pleasure of staying at Roseledge Bed and Breakfast for a lovely fall weekend. This historic home built in the 1700's was immaculate. All rooms offer a private bathroom and a comfortable, tasteful bedroom. This was our first time staying at a Bed & Breakfast. Gail and Sandy, our hosts were warm and friendly, we felt very welcome. It was my birthday and Gail surprised me with homemade cupcakes and candles. She even led the singing of "Happy Birthday"! Gail dishes up an amazing breakfast! We had the BEST pancakes with fresh blueberries from her garden. She accompanied them with warm, homemade, applesauce, and homemade cinnamon - apple muffins that moved us to tears! Her home fries were similarly, the BEST we have ever tasted! The grounds of the inn are charming. You can wander the well manicured gardens, the farm shop with many rustic and clever items for sale, the chickens (our breakfast the second morning came from them), and the abundant outdoor furniture where we relaxed with a bottle of wine! If you are looking for a romantic getaway with charm, class, and privacy.... Roseledge Country Inn is a GREAT choice!

Charming B&B with friendly and gracious owner. Excellent location close to casinos, Mystic, etc. Breakfasts were wonderful, especially the strawberry stuffed French toast served in abucolic outdoor setting. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

My wife and I loved our stay this past weekend at the Roseledge Country Inn. The grounds were spectacular. The inn itself was very charming. Our hostess was wonderful as were our breakfasts. The area is beautiful this time of year. We will definitely return.

“A Memorable Weekend!”Posted Jun 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
The pictures on the website are beautiful, but they can't express the warmth you feel as a guest. We stayed in the Weaving Guest Room…lots of charm, beautiful setting, clean accommodations and a very relaxing environment. Breakfast was "out of this world good" and the bed was sooooo comfortable! The hospitality provided by Gail and Sandy is terrific. You are treated as one of the family. Thank you so MUCH! We WILL be back and in fact have already told many of our friends about your lovely bed and breakfast. We absolutely loved it. John & Rosanne
