We had called on multiple occasions asking for a room next to each other. Was told both times that they will make sure we are right next to each other. When we arrived our rooms were completely on opposite ends of each other and we were told hotel was booked and they couldn't put us next to each other.

The airconditioner did noot work making for a poor nights sleep.
