Property was clean and the 2 ladies at the front desk were friendly!! The hotel was on the older side but overall the room was clean! I would stay here again if needed!

We were just passing through the area and needed a hotel for 10 hours. Dirty linen left in bathroom, bugs in the room, wires hanging out of the wall where the fire alarm should be, ran out of food at breakfast by 7:30. Would never stay here again.

This property’s pool was not working, had considerable rust and mold in the bathroom, people running the hallways until 1 in the morning, and fire alarm lights flashing all night. A nightmare.

The bathroom looked like it was under construction. Really poor condition! Breakfast was very limited. Food was cold or dry. When I checked in, the guy on duty answered the phone while I was standing there and the phone call lasted ten minutes! Inexcusable! Overpriced for what we got! Not sure why it has an 8 rating! I’d give it a 5 at best!

Have no idea how this place rated over an 8. It’s a solid 2 at best. The entry area is nice but after that it’s a nightmare. Literally lights Blinking like a haunted house in the halls, room doors don’t close without force, smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, fridge making a god awful Noise, chipped furniture, horrible deodorizing smells everywhere, rusty ceiling tiles in the bathroom (yuk!), carpets in every area were so gross. Paint chipping and stained everywhere. And if you plan to use the pool it’s not open and From other reviews I read it doesn’t sound like it will be anytime soon. Whoever owns this place gives less than a crap about really anything at all. The only High points were the nice woman who greeted us when we arrived and the sheets were clean and soft.

It is convenient to the interstate, lots of restaurants within driving distance, a nice lobby, great Continental breakfast, elevator, very clean, friendly helpful staff, and great rooms. The only negative is the entry road is right beside another road and it is hard to tell which is which. We turned off to the wrong road a couple times and you have to go back out on the highway and find your way back in. There are no interconnecting parking lots with the neighboring businesses, which would be very helpful. All in all a great motel.

Had a very late arrival after a long day of driving. Charlie, the night auditor, made me feel very welcomed and easily accommodated my special requests-very charming and professional. He put a smile on my face. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable.

Hotel didn’t have our reservation we made on hotels.com. Worked with Janet for 45 minutes till she got it figured out. Thanks Janet!! But the room was in need of repairs. Clean but drippy tub faucet, rust in tub ceiling, Vermeer was coming off the bathroom door. Ceiling light has been removed and left with open wires? Not very nice for the price!

Not clean or well maintained
our room was dirty. there was used soap in the shower from the previous occupant. No sheets/pillows and blankets on one of the beds. half the lights weren't working correctly. the whole place smelt musky. The staff was nice and tried to help, but it was clearly understaffed and they can no do what they needed to.

I recently had the unfortunate experience with this hotel left me utterly disappointed and disgusted. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority for the establishment. The state of the room was appalling, with shredded curtains hanging from the windows, wires dangling from the ceiling, along with a distinct odor that made it unbearable to spend any time in there. It was clear that the hotel had neglected basic hygiene standards. To make matters worse, upon leaving the establishment after communicating that the condition of the room was not acceptable, we were informed that the exterminator had visited the day before. This revelation left us feeling incredibly uneasy and questioning the hotel's commitment to guest safety and comfort. The fact that they failed to inform us of this prior to our arrival was both irresponsible and unacceptable. The lack of maintenance and attention to detail was evident throughout the entire property. The common areas were equally filthy, with stained carpets and unkempt furniture. It was evident that the hotel was in dire need of a thorough renovation and a complete overhaul of their cleaning practices. Disappointing for this hotel chain.

Worst hotel I think I’ve ever booked. I should’ve left and gotten my money back, but that wasn’t a possibility. The place smelled terrible, exposed wires hanging from ceiling in our room, other electrical outlet covers half attached, lights flickered, dingy bathroom. The smoke alarm off at 2:05 am, just long enough to wake us all up. This place was the worst. We left at 7:00 am to just be done with the place.

Everything was awful! The check in was fine but the room was something out of the 60’s and the curtains were shredded like Jack the Ripper had been there! I would have went to another hotel but we were told it was non refundable! The gym is out of service and the pool was ice cold! Will never be back here!

This hotel was pretty outdated. The ceiling in our bathroom was rusty. The ceiling in out room had wires danging down from where a light fixture used to be. All the fire alarms were blinking on our hall 24/7. Although checkout wasnt until 11, the maid tried to come in our room once at 7 am, waking us up, then again at 8 am.

The walls in our room and hallway had stains and smudges in them and looked like feces. There were water stains from leaks in ceiling tiles in the lobby area, which caused concern about mold. Our room smelled musty and stale and our tv remote needed batteries. However, the staff was very friendly. Just some honest feedback.

For all pet owners: you are put on the third floor only which had an unpleasant smell when I was there. Also, the hallway lights flickered and the emergency lighting had their strobe lights going the entire stay. When coming back, I chose not to stay there again. The woman at the desk when I checked out was very helpful and nice. She is very good at her job.

Upon arrival, the exterior of the building appears diminished. Dim lighting upon entry with outdated decor. Ceilings displayed water damage, rust, etc. indoor pool was filthy, toilet in room wouldn’t flush. Entire 2nd floor had fire alarm lights blinking, but not sounding. Felt unsafe, unsure of stay, so we took our loss and left moments after checking in. Found a much better place 20 min north, for cheaper rate. Won’t be back, wouldn’t recommend. Online ratings show 8.6/10, they display 8.9/10 in lobby. I would be generous to give them a 3/10.

We needed a quick stop to rest on a longer trip. This place was perfect for a quick stop near the interstate. Charles was very nice and accommodating for our 3 am check in.

The motel was ok, but needs a little work. Our closet door was off and sitting in the corner. There was no attendant at breakfast, and it wasn’t much. We suspect that the motel is having trouble getting employees because there didn’t appear to be any employees present in the very early morning hours. We did see two cleaning personnel begin working early, but No one else.

I liked how close it was to the highway, the beds are clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The hotel itself beyond the lobby is run down. Musty, moldy smells, cockroaches, lights flickering in the hallways, and smoke alarms hanging or missing completely. The pool is very small but clean. If I had to I would stay here again due to the lack of options nearby, but it's not as high of stars as it has somehow earned. We had 3 rooms checked out and each one had similar problems described here.
