“Not impressed”
Do NOT stay here. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. They accomplished this by leaving the door open and "aired it out". We actually did not have to use our keys to get in. The door was propped wide open with a chair. The smoke smell was very strong.
“Duck and Cover”
I will explain the name of my review in a minute. First let me say this motel was cheap. That being said, only Fred Flintstone would appreciate the beds in this place. They were hard as a rock. I think I may have manage 2 hours sleep on this thing. The next morning I notice the sunlight filtering around the door. It looks as if it has been kicked in at some point in time. It no long lines up just right. Oh well, maybe a hot shower will help with the stiffness from the granite bed. The water was nice and hot and I did enjoy it until the plaster from the ceiling over my head started falling on me. Hence the title Duck and Cover. No I do not recommend this place!
“Not well run”
The good: running water, working TV The bad: old mattress, dirty mirror, shower with old chewing gum, missing light bulb, broken lamp Management sent housekeeping to clean the mirror and made a note of old chewing gum and missing light bulb. I am surprised this property has a Days Inn name- it certainly does not meeti company standards.
“Do not stay here”
This hotel is the most disgusting Days Inn you will find. My room was non-smoking and stunk like a bar. The counter on the sink was falling apart. The shower was so nasty, I could not use it. The sheets looked like they had not been changed. I used a towel to sit on the sofa because it was so dirty. I slept in all my clothes, which I thew away the next day, to try to stay clean. The service at the desk was non-existant.
“Not at all satisfied”
Dirty floors, bugs (both alive and dead), non-smoking room smelled so smoky I got a pillow from my car and buried my head in it to finally get to sleep, burn holes in mattress and bedding, refrigerator would not work most likely because the ice in the freezer section was so built up there wasn't hardly room to put anything in it. The only positive thing I can say is the clerk who helped me was extremely nice although he was dressed in a very dirty shirt and appearance not professional.
“Low budget= low safety”
Staying in this hotel with my young daughters, I was disappointed that our room was missing the chain lock for safety. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told that it had to be broken because someone locked themselves in the room the day before. That didn't resolve the issue!
“"You Pay for What YOU GET"”
You need to take this Hotel off your list!! The old saying, "you pay for what you get" was so true!! If you don't know the area you are depending on Expedia to help you. This was not a good area to stay.
“terrible night”
do not spend your money on this motel. The ceiling is falling in, the sheets were clean but old.
