Glad we didn't stay!Posted Aug 16, 2014
Cons: Cleanliness, staff could definitely show more compassion when a family of six shows up after driving a very long way!
When we reached the hotel after driving 9 hours, we realized that we had booked the incorrect night. However, we were actually relieved when the manager refused to work with us and honor the previous night's reservation (although there were rooms available). The property was disgusting from the exterior into the hotel lobby. It smelled bad and didn't seem sanitary at all. I was very pleased with the Quality Inn that we booked down the road for less and never plan to stay at a Days Inn.

We asked for a ground level nonsmoking room traveling with a pet. I get there we are on the second floor in a smoking room they have no idea I have a dog they change the room to nonsmoking but do not have any on lower level I have lupus and have severe knee issues. My roommate had two knee replacements last year. I explained that to the lady. They gave us two towels. We came back from dinner asked about getting one more she said people stole all of them make do with what you have. Then Thursday night the switch board batched some guy through to our room WHO DID NOT know my name at 1:30 a.m. asking for my debt card information telling me if I didn't give it to him we would be checked out of our room I told him I would be down to the office and give it IN person he kept insisting I had to do it over the phone for any damages I might cause. Well he finally got mad and hung up I called the front desk and asked if they had a James working there with an ID 1412 he said no. I told him the story he said the man told him it was a family emergency, I asked him why because he did not even know my name. He then said well I also sent him to room 209. What the? Only two good things are the shower and the memory bed. Come at your own risk.

Noisy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Posted May 1, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was OK.
Extremely noisy and we did not get much sleep. All night long there were loud noises - ongoing SLAMMING of doors all around us. People talking and walking around outside that sounded like they were in our room. The walls must not have ANY insulation.

DirtyPosted Apr 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Had booked a nonsmoking but given smoking room, had to pay an add'l $40 get a nonsmoking 'jacuzzi' room. Carpets were filthy, jacuzzi looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, sheets had not been changed, would definitely not stay again.

This hotel room was in complete disrepair. Holes in walls, patched holes looked like a three year old did the work. Heater/AC completely broken apart and coming off wall. Burn holes on everything. Carpet worn and disgusting. Dirt all along floor boards. If there was any other option within 30 miles I would have left immediately. Tried to not touch anything and get a few hours of sleep. Worst stay in a hotel room ever.

The room was ok. The breakfast had very few options and the area was very dirty.

Why did I not get points?Posted Feb 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
The stay was fine and got what I paid for. My issue is why I was not credited points toward my stay (to be applied to free night/after 10 nights)
