“Anywhere but here!”
Entire hotel reeked of smoke, bathroom drains wouldn't drain, bugs in room and graffiti in bathroom. We were looking for a cheap one night stay on our road trip and I won't make this mistake again. I would have rather paid an extra $20 to stay somewhere I've stayed before in Vegas than stay here again. I wasn't expecting much, but I expect to at least have a clean place to stay with functioning plumbing. We actually fixed the bathroom sink so it would drain properly. Don't waste your time or money, stay in Vegas. Also, all the other hotels in Primm/stateline are owned by the same company -- I would imagine they have similar standards of quality, so don't bother with any of those places either.
“not satisfied”
Reserved room months in advance for non smoking..was put in a smoking room that smelled horrible . Also hallways smelled like marijuana smoke all weekend....will not recommend for friends with family.
“It was good for the price.”
casino flooring and sport book could use updating. Carpet was torn at several locatios throughout, seating at sport book could use updating and some of the televisions had bad reception quality.
“its nice”
rooms were clean but nothing to brag about. need better or more cheerful workers. felt safe. but better customer service requiered.
“dirty..dirty.. dirty..”
We picked this hotel because it was about half-way of a long drive. We didn't expect much, but first room we had was flat-out FILTHY. We complained and were given a different room that was better. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable.
“Not Impressed”
Went there for a family trip to a air show in Vegas. Didnt know they took animals in as well. Listened to dogs bark all night. Called front desk to ask for another room and the employee was very rude and wasnt any help. Wasnt advised that they had animals on the first floor, and if they were busy they had animals on the second floor. Hotel other than the room and the lack of communication in regads to animals was ok. Wasnt willing to give time to my family to help with relocation in the hotel. Very unhappy with the customer service.
“Trip to Nevada”
We hope that some day the Hotel and Casino will get back to its former self. The place was always a fun destination, but now it looks like it has fallen on hard times.
“Don't Stay at Buffalo Bills”
Buffalo Bills Hotel and Casino is in bad need of maintenance. The walls and ceilings have holes and cracks that need to be repaired. The carpet also needs replacing and is not clean. My room was not clean and had not been vacuumed prior to my use. Buffalo Bills Hotel and Casino buffet is not good and they are about one hour from the Las Vegas Strip making different restaurant choices a time consuming option. The rooms are not insulated and you can hear sounds from adjacent rooms as well as the noise from the roller coaster which seems way too close to the hotel room. There is not enough parking to accommodate the number of rooms they have and you have to park quite a distance from a hotel entrance, and even farther from your rooms. The roller coaster and other features gives the impression Buffalo Bills caters to families, but the parking and other facilities are not designed for families with children and it is not easy to access your room from the parking lot without going through the casinos.
“cheap place to stay”
We land sail on the playa and it's a good place to stay. To many construction workers in the parking lots so it was hard to find a place to park during the week. Need more places to eat that aren't so expensive. Hope that they feed all the cats that are running around.
“ok hotel would go back”
This hotel is good to stay over some of the attractons and eating places are closed during the week. The rooms are confortable and clean and worth staying in it is also not expensive. One issue with cleaning the room however this was sorted out this was just a mix up with an extra night.
