Not bad for the price!Posted Mar 9, 2014
Room was very clean and very quiet. Only downside was 40 mins to check in on a Friday night.

Staff was nice. Place was entertaining. Good location if you are heading south out of Vegas.

Never againPosted Feb 24, 2014
The room wasn't clean we found socks, old soda, and old soap in our room! Towels had hair on them and there was a hair in the bed along with a stain! The front desk staff acted as if it was no big deal at all and were overly rude. We left a night early and no compensation at all we even missed a day of races. So bummed and sad it ruined my mini vacation. Ceiling tiles in the hall ways were punched out and in the middle of the floor. The elevators were scary to even get in.

Would not go back to this hotel ever againPosted Feb 21, 2014
Cons: Everything could have been improved.
The hotel was I thought dirty and dusty and dark. The sheets had not been tucked in on the bed and the shower had not been cleaned! I knew this because a soap wrapper was still on the floor of the shower.

SadPosted Feb 21, 2014
Pros: Not much on this visit.
Cons: Food areas (better food choices), cleaner rooms and a an overall maintence update on the whole.
Location: Easy drive to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam, but there are closer hotel/casinos to stay al.
Our recent 2-day stay wasn't up to our old visits to this hotel. The economy & time have not been kind to this place. Our room was very sad and run down. Wall paper loose and torn, furniture damaged & it needed to be painted!!! The maid for our room did shoddy work. She made an attempt to clean, but that's it. Bathroom floor wasn't that clean upon our arrival and there were no drinking cups in the room, then our second night we noticed that the carpet had not been vacuumed and she had short sheeted (literally) one of the beds. How do you do this and not know it's wrong?????

Worst hotel I have ever stayed atPosted Feb 18, 2014
It took an hour and 20 mins to check in, rooms were disgusting, water in shower would not drain and the doors on almost all the rooms had openings to see in the room
Get some customer servicePosted Feb 17, 2014
After standing in the hour check in line, since self check in was broke( all three machines) and only 2 people were working on a Holliday Friday night at 8:00 the wonderful lady gave me the wrong Room. She asked me if I wanted one or two beds yet put us in a two bed room so I called down to get a one bed room. She said what room are you, ok well the one bed is on the other side of the hotel (hello I want a one bed I don't care where I'm walking to get it) she then said ok come back I'll switch it. NOT once did she say SORRY!!!! Hello this was a mistake it happens but an apology would have been nice! For that I will not be back again, I'll drive all the way to Vegas!

1 night is okPosted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: Reasonable rate
Location: Nice outlets at the adjoining hotel
We stayed just 1 night, before driving to Palm Springs. The casino area is dated and has a smokey smell. It has a decent food court that includes a McDonalds and a Denny's. The room was a non smoking room, that was a little dated, but clean, and the beds were comfortable.I would have given it a better rating, except that around 11.00pm the heating/air con decided to break down, so no heat at all..we could'nt be bothered to move all our stuff at that time of night, so we stayed, but it was freezing in the room...under the bed covers, it was ok. The next morning the toilet decided not to flush properly !!!

Hotel maintenance is terrible.Posted Feb 15, 2014
Had absolutely no hot water in the bathroom. Reported it to the front desk who said they would send an engineer. 40 mins later still no engineer. Called the front desk and asked if we could switch to a different room. Was told no they would radio the rngineer. He showed up 15 mins later with a bad attitude. He finally got hot water to work but said he needed to plunge the sink. After 30 mins of fighting it he left abrutly and said have a good night. Water was left all over the bathroom counter and floor. Sink was now leaking and he had placed the trash can under it to catch the water. I then used the shower and the drain backed up in it and the sink which continued to leak. Reported this to the front desk the next morning and was told there was nothing they could do because I had booked my room through Expedia. I will never stay here again!
