The mattress is very good. Very good price. Something wad wrong with phone system. Keep getting call for a different room. Remote for the tv is not working properly. Other than that. It's pretty good. I will be back

Hotel was understaffed at the front desk, one staff one phone constantly and the other untrained. Both were nice people but need management training and support. Room was VERY small, had a huge water leak, and hair sticking on the outside of the tub...When we asked for another room we were told there was none. No one offered a phone to use to call somewhere else, or suggested a nearby hotel. They did not know how to give us a refund, saying we'd just have to call expedia. No one offered any further help or suggestions, we were just on our own from that point on.

Poor WiFi signal, no hot water for shower one morning, no shampoo second morning....free breakfast was a joke....food was good but that could be because they lost our order twice and had to wait an hour. Only received coupons for one breakfast although we stayed 2 nights....thank goodness Tim's is close by!

Booked for a hockey weekend. Check in was quick. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The first day it took awhile to get our breakfast, but the food was very good. The second day it was not very busy and we got our food very quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

room heat was either full hot , full cold or off. bathroom sink sprays water all over you when you turn it on.restaurant staff were too busy visiting with each other to clean tables or bring menu, or beverages.sat at a dirty table for 20 minutes then finally left. brought it to the attention of the front desk staff but they didn't seem concerned about it. other customers told me they had over an hour wait to get their food in the restaurant.

Very disorganized

When we arrived in town we called to see if they could check us in early. Understandably they were very busy and said they wouldn't have our room ready until 4. We showed up at the hotel at 545 and we were told our room had not been clean and we would have to wait. We were exhausted from the trip and wanted to nap before going out later that night. At first, they couldn't even tell us when it would be ready. After a bit of complaining they offered us a free meal. I am pretty sure that was to stall us. There were only two parties in the restaurant and it took us 45 mins to get our food. We were finally able to get into our room at 7pm. Overall we were quite disappointed. If a hotel is at full capacity they should staff accordingly. We appreciated the effort to make up for it, but it definitely put a damper on our weekend away.
