Comfort Inn - not so comfortable...

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Cons: The rooms could be upgraded and perhaps more stringent guidelines on smoking.
Location: The location was good because it was close to the highway. This was a one night stop.
My first room smelled like cigarette smoke :( My second room didn't match what I reserved :( My third room smelled like very strong perfume :( The only redeeming thing about this hotel was that the lobby was nice and the breakfast area was updated/modern. The front desk staff was nice but that doesn't compensate for the rooms. We were a little disappointed with the rooms. They all had a musty smell to them.

Super accommodating

Posted Aug 10, 2014
My plane was delayed by 5 hours, putting me at the hotel by 4:30am local time, but my reservation was honoured when, given the high tourist season, it could have been just as easily given away.

Family trip/

Pros: hot Breakfast.
Cons: Facility could be updated. It was unsprinklered, and the smoke detectors looked really old and out-of date.
Location: Downtown Charlottetown was great with walking malls, stores, shops, etc.
Average accomodations. Our room was not ready upon arrival. Moved to second room that was also not ready. Third room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking facility. Fourth (and final) room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful in making the changes. Breakfast was good with hot items available.

comfortable hotel

Location: We needed something close to UPEI and it was 5 min away. Perfect for us!
The hotel had everything we needed while there for a sporting tournament. We weren't lacking anything but it wasn't over the top either. Just a nice clean and comfortable room while away.

Pros: Lots of pillows
Cons: No improvement needed.
Location: Location near downtown and shopping. There for Canada Day, near all events.
Staff very helpful. Nice hot breakfast with a lot of variety. Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows.

Pros: several choices for breakfast
Location: Our view from our window was a truck salvage yard.
We stayed overnight, it was okay, but not worth the money. Have stayed for less money at a nicer hotel.

Comfortable and Clean!

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Location: The location was not bad, it is close to a couple of malls, and the airport route was easily navigated. It was about a $10 cab ride from downtown.
We stayed for three nights at this hotel, and were very pleased with the cleanliness of all of the rooms and the breakfast room as well. Staff was particularly helpful.

Very good hotel near U PEI with friendly staff

Friendly staff, clean, decent breakfast with waffles, eggs. Pretty big fridge but no freezer section or microwave. Good wifi, shower. Altogether, feels pretty new. Close to McDonalds and Tim Hortons.
