Great hotel and experience. Everything was clean and comfortable, the restaurant was good and there were plenty of options nearby for other food. We were traveling to view the eclipse and the hotel was extremely comfortable for our down time.

Room was small, but clean. Bed and pillows VERY soft. Wasn’t crazy about the lighting in the room. The entry and the bathroom light was on the same switch, so couldn’t leave the bathroom light on overnight (staying with a child) because the room would have been too bright. And the bedside lamps kept giving me shocks. Other than that it was a good stay. Came with complimentary breakfast. Nice and fresh, but not a lot of options. Would stay here again

Facilities offered not big enough for the amount of guests. Tiny buffet style breakfast area had a lineup out to main door.

It is an older hotel, but it is kept clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

There was no heat in the room. Wouldn't give me a discount because i book through expedia. If i book through the hotel i would got a discount like the ones who book through the hotel. Poor services.

Ive stayed here before with no issues but this time, there was no heat in my room on check-in. It was only 56F (13C) in the room. The thermostat wasnt working. Rather than move me, front desk clerk called maintenance who showed up 35 minutes later, after i made a 3rs trip to the front desk. He came, left and came back with batteries for the digital thermostat. It took over 2 hours to warm up my room with the baseboard heater. I sat in my coat and boots in my room until bed time and then slept in my sweater. On check-out, the clerk inquired about whether the heater was fixed but no appology was made, no discount on room due to 3rd party booking. There is also dog food in the heater.
