Not recommended: We checked in through our Expedia booking to find that we were put up in the old tower, our room had black mold around the tub, and the room smelled of mold. I phoned the front desk and they were nice enough to let us upgrade to a very nice suite in the newer tower. It was night and day difference, the hotel itself has no place for you to park and unload your luggage as taxi stands are in front of the lobby doors and they will not move and let you in. Recommended: The Treasure Cove is connected to a casino, and is the newest hotel in Prince George. The rooms are clean and spacious, with average fixtures. The high speed internet works all the time, and the breakfast is plentiful. See all reviews for this hotel

Recommended: The service was really good, but the overall condition of the hotel wasn't the best. They tried to keep it maintained and clean, but there's only so much you can do with an older hotel, in a not-so-nice area of town. See all reviews for this hotel

Not recommended: When we were in the room we were not aware that the door did not shut fully, it stayed partly ajar until we noticed it much later. The room was not made comfortable for us, as the heat was turned off and it took a while for the room to warm up once we were checked in. In the evening I was looking for bottled water out of the machine in the hall, and most of the drinks were not available in the machine. I was directed to the machine on the second floor but that machine also didn't have much drinks available. See all reviews for this hotel
