“Expected a little more”

Hotel has a nice lobby, but an odd layout. Lobby is in the center and there are two wings on either side. I had to go through three fire doors to get to the hall where my room was located, and pass by a large conference room. There was an odd smell lingering in the hallways, though I did not notice this in the room. The bed felt like a piece of plywood with springs under it - very uncomfortable. This wasn't the most expensive hotel in the area, but it wasn't the cheapest, either. I expected the beds to be more comfortable.

“We'll stay here again.”

We were pleasantly surprised at what a value this hotel was. The room and grounds were clean, and roomy. The staff was more than helpful in providing directions to our destinations and helping with dining choices. They were all very friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to help make our stay as nice as possible. The outdoor pool was clean and we enjoyed watching the kids play in the pool while sitting at a table with an umbrella. The breakfast they put out was nice , the food was hot and good, they had quite a few dishes to chose from. It saved us from finding a breakfast house and an extra food bill. We will go back again.

For the price and location I would recommend this hotel when visiting Princeton.

“Good Times”

It was a lovely stay. Pretty clean and quite, beautiful outside walkway, and the staff was friendly and efficient. So nice we came back a 2nd time the next week.

“Convenient if Visiting Princeton University”

Very convenient if visiting Princeton University since there is a shuttle that goes there every morning (9am) and comes back in the evenings at 6pm.

“Off The Beaten Track”

The hotel was satisfactory, but the location is out of the way if you are heading north on Route 95. The room as small but comfortable. The restaurant was closed and there are not a great selection of restaurants in the area.

“Comfy and Clean”

Very nice room, very comfy and clean. Bathroom spotless. TV was old but I wasn't there for the TV. More than met my expectations. Would definitely recommend. Staff was VERY friendly. Free breakfast was awesome.

The Princetonian Diner next door was a treat! Huge menu and great homecooked food at a very reasonable price. Walking distance.

“Good hotel if you aren't expecting much in the first place”

To be honest, the hotel was fine. My only problems were the air conditioning didn't work and my room smelled as if at one time it had been a smoking room. Other than that, the staff were pretty helpful and I enjoyed the attached restaurant. Again, not the hotel's fault, but I hate the divided highways in Jersey. Next time I think I'll spend a little more to get a hotel in Princeton proper.
