“very nice on inside -- must have been recently renovated”

The outside of this hotel made me a bit nervous -- looked not so great. But inside it was very nice -- very spacious, good light, very nice furnishings etc.

“Adequate for short stay”

The hotel is clean and the room size is adequate. But the TV is not working, the CO detector is making noise for low battery and wireless connection costs $9.99/day and was down for at least the day I was there.

“Good But One Problem”

Double Tree stay was just fine. However, when I got home I saw two $50 pending charges on my credit card initiated by the hotel, but I had not spent a penny above my room cost. The hotel said they do this to be sure they are paid for miscellaneous charges and then modify them after the fact.

Closer in to Princeton. Route 1 is pretty tough.

“Clean & Friendly”

Stayed on business for a couple of nights. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, facility was well maintained and clean, with adequate capacity for meeting rooms, dining, etc... Parking was convenient, but you have to deal with NJ's infamous left-turn nonsense to access the hotel from downtown Princeton. The hotel itself' however, met all expectations and I encountered nothing that would discourage me from returning on future trips to the Princeton area.

Downtown Princeton. Nice busy, but safe, feel to it - even later in the evening. Lots of eclectic little eateries, as well as some of the predictable chic-styled chains.

“Impressed”

Nice, clean room. Internet is not complimentary in room but free in lobby. Parking is free, so that was good. Needed painkiller for my headache and the two pills of tylenol I got from the hotel were not free. The dinner I had in the restaurant was good, so I think the restaurant is pretty good. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would stay again.

“Nice stay! Wish we stayed here for the remainder of our trip instead of moving.”

We liked our stay at the Double Tree, we had to change hotels when our plans took a turn. I wish we could of stayed at Double Tree because the other hotel we had was yuckoo!

“Very Convenient and Comfortable”

We were warmly welcomed and gien a room that was quiet, which was we had requested. The free shuttle was a huge help, even took us and picked us up at the train station. The rooms ere very comfortable and clean. Loved the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies each day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
