“Will never go back”
I asked for a nonsmoking room. It was obvious that the room I was given was a smoking room that smelled bad. When I went to the front desk to complain, another customer was there with the same complaint. Also, a woman was asking for the availability of rooms and was told there were no rooms available. When I complained about the room clearly being a smoking room and the smell, despite the other woman being told there were no rooms available, I was then given another room. This other room smelled as bad as the first room and was old and dirty and the toilet was running. I could not stay in it. I went to the front desk, expressed my displeasure, and checked out. The person at the front desk was extremely professional and courteous and told me that I would need to deal with Expedia regarding the cancellation and that the Hotel had no say in the cancellation process. The Hotel then tried to charge me for the room and would not agree to the cancellation.
“Uncomfortable/Unconsidered”
Is very old fashion looking and eventhough my room was "non smoking" the entire floor stung of cigarette!. I only stayed one night but the very next morning at 8 am sharp had the receptionist calling to tell me that I had to vacate the room at 11 am. I asked if it was possible to do a late checkout since I had to work until very late the day before but the answer was no and procedded to ask me about my personal information (address, tel., company I work fo...) - my answer was look it up in your records this information was gathered on the check in. I feel it is unconsidered to call up to disturb the guests so early, if there are any issues to be addressed this should be done at the moment of arrival.
“spotty quality”
broken linoleum in the bathroom Your $5 gets a really poor internet connection, but it is good for the whole stay. $3 a day more gets some speed maybe, I didn't even bother. Although on a non-smoking floor, someone was smoking in their bathroom with the fan on and it blew the smoke into my bathroom in the middle of the night. Had to turn my fan on and leave it on to counteract the pig who smoked. Clean, comfortable enough otherwise.

Everything is good.But no toothpaste,no shampoo,etc.and the icebox noise is too loud. Wireless internet is too expensive which i only want to go online to look my mail,but I must buy 5$ one day.

“BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - REALLY DISSAPOINTED”
Hotel check in was quick and awesome, the first day the phone lines were down and stayed down for the six days I stayed. Customer service after my first day was awful, nobody knew what was going on the phones. I stayed in the first floor and asked to be changed to another room because the windows would not close properly and the front desk clerk told me why, are you afraid of something, I said "you know what forget it" at that time I just said if something happens, I will hold you responsible. I called for room service and was told that I needed to pay for that service. The second day I asked for toilet paper and was told I had to go buy at the store. I never heard of this hotel until I check in Expedia.com and did not know how this service worked. I would not recommend this hotel to nobody. I was at a football camp in Princeton University and many of other parents were telling me about other hotels in the area with better service, same residence inn, clean room on a daily basis and were able to cook as well. Instead of relaxing at the hotel while my son practice, I find it more relaxing at the university watching him play since there was nothing do not even get or make phone calls. The remote control for the TV was working, so therefore I could not watch TV without having to get up everytime I wanted to change the channel.
