Easily accessible

Pros: It was easy to find and close to the highway.
Location: There are lots of walking trails and close to everything in a Princeton.
Upon first arriving, the hotel seemed to be old. When we opened our room door, we were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

OK generally. Had an issue about getting a choice of tea in the room - only had Earl Grey which do not like. Went with coffee instead

Long trip - Nice bed

Stopped while driving Crowsnest No 3 to the west coast from Lethbrigde. Check in clerk was fantastic. All reservations were in order. Room was clean and coffe pot worked. Attached restaurant wouldn't make coffe as closing was 20 min away. The next morning They still weren't open at scheduled 7 am. I left at 7:10 and found breakfast up the road

It was alright

The hotel was fine for an overnight. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. My only issues with it was that it was It is not walking distance to the town centre (other motels in the town were booked up, not sandman's fault) and that the AC units were incredibly loud. The AC unit in our room was unbearable and we chose to sleep in the heat rather than put up with the noise. Even with our unit turned off, the droning from the units in neighbouring suites was pretty annoying.

air conditioning didn't work.

Cons: fix the air conditioner
generally an average hotel room on the road. clean and relatively comfortable except for the air conditioner not working properly. fortunately, it wasn't that hot out, otherwise it would have been miserable.

Basic hotel room if you are staying overnight on the way to somewhere else or staying in town for 1 or 2 days. Room was clean and it wasn't very noisy. Very convenient to the highway. Breakfast in the restaurant is decent family fare. There has been a stab made at updating the rooms but it's like trying to make a silk purse out of a pig's ear. Still, probably the best place to stay in Princeton. I would stay again.

arrived to to be informed that our room had twin beds, had booked on line and room was listed as two doubles, well we changed to one queen bed room. I thought maybe we should have recieved the lower rate but was not offered the discounted rate. we ate at the restaurant ...... service personel were pleasant but waited over 45 mins. for our meals ... meals were excellent though.....

overpriced for what you get

Mediocre accommodation in general. Not much for extras, older furnishings and building. Minor maintenance needed in several areas. Will probably go elsewhere next time through town

Good service by amazing staff

Judy, the Manager, was gracious and helpful. She helped make our stay a good experience over Christmas. She made us feel very at home and glad to be there, showing us all the rooms so we'd be in the room of our choice. Anna, the server at the restaurant, does an amazing job of serving my large family of wee but highly energetic grandbabies. She makes little kids feel welcome, taking the stress factor out of having a meal there.
