Pros: you offer smoking rooms. It was very clean , mini fridge was nice
Cons: need a bigger pool area
Very nice experience . Staff was friendly. They held the room even though we didn't arrive until late.

Very nice place to stay.

Pros: All
Cons: The air in the room.
Location: Plenty of places to eat. I was there for only one night so did not get out and see everything.
All staff were alot of help. The breakfast was good. Everything was nice and clean. The only issue i had was that the airconditioner could have worked better.

Nice hotel easy access to 77

Pros: I like having breakfast included. Lots of restaurants nearby. Liked the shower and the large bathroom.
Cons: Make it a total non smoking hotel. The tile around the pool is dangerously slippery. I watched a little boy fall and others almost fall
Decent Hotel. It smelled of smoke when we walked in bit the non smoking room did not. The room was very comfortable. The bed was very nice with comfortable comforter and pillows. Decorated very modern. I would stay here again

Better than I expected

A friend recommended this hotel as a good stopping point on our drive back from the south east coast to NE Ohio. The location was great (it's right next to a Starbucks). I didn't expect much from a Sleep Inn but it was a lot nicer than I imagined. I usually book at a Hampton Inn if I don't know the area, but that was full. This was as nice as any Hampton I've stayed at (although the room and bathroom was smaller). The hotel looks recently renovated as the rooms and finishes were clean and modern.

Great stay and pet friendly, too!

Location: Princeton, WV. We were just passing through...don"t know about local life.
We are not accustomed to taking our dog with us, but because we just recently adopted her and she having lived most of her 1 1/2 years of life in a cage, we did not have the heart to put her in a kennel . Having said this, we had a hard time finding a pet-friendly hotel while on the road. Room was clean, very quiet (even though there were other pet children staying there), staff was first class and the free breakfast was was a great perk. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay again!

Awesome service and room

Everything about the hotel was awesome... The only problem would have been people checking in at all times of night and all you could here was car alarms. No negatives about the hotel.

Hotel was not, booking room was not

The hotel was great. The problem was booking the hotel.We had asked for a Non-Smoking room. We booked this late, and tried a couple of hotels to ensure the room was non-smoking. When we got to the hotel, we were told hotels.com booked a Smoking room for us. When I tried to switch they were all booked up. I will try hotels.com again. However, this mistake on their part led to a miserable sleep for me an my family.

The hotel is fine for as old as it is. The place needs some maintenance but is as clean as possible. The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. It is a "do again".

Well Now, Hotel was good, Very disappointed after Long trip in cramped rental NO HOT TUB- they took it out years ago!!! Service was great and Staff was friendly, called them directly en-route to let them know we would be late- and Still got the room I choose, and had great nights sleep after such a LONG ride. Would call directly next time.
