Fabulous service, beautiful hotelPosted Sep 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
A very modern, stylish hotel with a beautiful interior. The rooms are well furnished and although basic, have a good tv, comfy mattress and free wifi. The bathroom is very clean and the shower is great. There is also free access to the well equipped gym next door. The centre of Pristina (mother teresa street) is about 20 minutes walk away, or a 2-3EU taxi. The hotel is in a developing part of the city, near from the main road in and out, making the surrounding area not particularly pleasant for an afternoon stroll, but it is safe and useful if you travel by car. The staff were great and happy to help with anything, be it room service or printing. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the food was great, especially breakfast which was far better than most Eastern European hotels. If you need a base in the city, this hotel is ideal.

Excellent business hotel in PristinaPosted Sep 17, 2012
Pros: Excellent customer service, nice rooms
Cons: Breakfast had a good selection, but the cereals were left out all day and so were a little stale
Location: About 10/15 minutes walk from the centre but close to a supermarket and easily accessible
A very pleasant hotel: clean, tidy, with all the amenities a business traveller would need. The decor is fresh and bright, the room was aesthetically pleasing, the bathroom well equipped and of a high standard. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was a buffet with a good selection of (generally) fresh food served in the restaurant with a sunny terrace. The restaurant was a pleasant place to eat in the evening as well. The reception staff went out of their way to help me, as did many of the other staff.

Nartel: The sensible alternativePosted Jun 26, 2012 on Hotels.com
Excellent service, underground parking, free valet, free wi-fi, and breakfast. Quiet and modern room. The neighborborhood is a 10-15 walk to downtown, across a busy road, but the savings and service are worth the price compared to competitors. This is my second stay here, and both were good.

Pros: I was very comfortable with everything here.
Location: The location was good & just a 3 euro cab ride to the city center.
I loved everything about my stay at Hotel Nartel. The rooms were great, modern, & clean. The food & service at the restaurant was excellent. Lastly, the people there were wonderful. They never hesitated to help & always went above & beyond to help.

Perfect for business, but a little out of the wayPosted Mar 26, 2012 on Hotels.com
Excellent and comfortable hotel, but suffers from a lack of restaurants and shops within quick walking distance. Perfect for staying in Pristina if you have a car or will be meeting in downtown, but prefer to stay a little off the main track. Very good breakfast, courteous service and helpful staff who handle parking and bags with a smile.

Very good all round although the room was often cold - some problem with the heating, possibly.

Pleasantly Surprised!Posted Mar 4, 2012
Pros: Restaurant had some very good food and a nice ambience.
Cons: Not many english tv channels... but who needs tv?
Location: A little off the beaten track but a good taxi driver or local should be able to help you find it... about 15 minutes from the airport.
Pleasantly suprised! I did not expect to find such a nice hotel in Pristina. The hotel is new and well maintained. The staff and the service were excellent. The restaurant/bar had some very good food and I was well taken care of while enjoyed my meal and the ambience. Not 5 star calibar by any means but much more than I bargained for in Pristina. I would and will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and co-workers travelling to Pristina. The Hotel Nartel will be my hotel of choice whenever I am in the area. Thank you Hotel Nartel for a wonderful stay!
