Richtig gutes Hotel , leckeres Frühstück

Pros: Kein Wegwerfgeschirr beim Frühstück !!!
Cons: Passt weiter so
Richtig gutes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück mit Porzellan Teller und Tassen und richtigem Besteck !!! Vorbildlich da können sich die meisten anderen Hotels in USA eine Scheibe davon abschneiden. Freundlicher Empfang , sauberes gutes Zimmer und richtig gutes Frühstück. Das ganze in Nähe Interstate.

Cons: No pets
We arrived late and I called ahead to let them know this and asked to have a roll away in the room, but when I arrived I had to wait a long time to check in, to get to my room and no roll away. I called down to front desk but no one answered. I had to go down stairs and still wait since only one person was on duty. To top that the smell of dogs was everywhere. They had some event with dogs going on at the hotel. They were in the foyer, elevator, and it smelled. I will never stay there again.

Was there for a graduation and Stayed for one night!! Very nice experience and the concierage was very helpful with our needs. would def stay again

Disappointing

I was there due the death of a family member. The hotel bent over backwards to accommodate my family, which was wonderful. The food at Alfred's was delicious too. My room however left a lot to ve desired. I was put on the first floor due to so many staying there. There was an arctic blast coming in from the sliding glass door. I couldn't figure out why my room wouldn't get warm even though I had the thermostat sent to 74 until the next morning. There were no extra blankets in the room and the shower was terrible. I woukdve expected a lot more for the price and the property to be honest. The "gift shop" was a curio cabinet full of toiletries. No coffee shop on the premises and the entire layout IMO was strange. For the cost I won't stay there again even though the food and personnel were wonderful.

beds way to soft couldn't sleep at all. swimming pool freezing cold. no fridge or microwave in room had to pay extra which is pretty ridiculous for the price you pay for 3 nights.

Happy Overall Great Staff

The Staff was awesome, at check in we received a larger room upgrade. Had an issue with the first room, the door would not lock very unusual. The room was changed immediately no issue still received a larger room upgrade, and for the trouble free full breakfast vouchers. Overall clean, great staff, not a new hotel but in good condition. I plan to stay again next time we go there.
