Pool too cold, remodeling the floor we were on without telling us. It was very annoying to keep having to get let into pool by getting the front desk person to let us in. Tons of damage in room that I had to make sure I took photos ahead of time. Overall just wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was under major renovation. But they made the adjustments well and the signs were clear. The rooms were clean and the workers were fairly quiet performing the renovations.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and check in/check out was easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a variety of option. The indoor pool and hot tub were a plus. The fitness center was nice with new equipment. It was centrally located to Newport and Providence. I would definitely stay here again.

I showed up an hour early and the person behind the check-in desk was very rude to us and very direct. I’ve never had a place that didn’t let me have a little bit of an early check in or even the offer to use the pool which was denied. The TV in the room sucked it was or dish but I couldn’t stream anything from my phone onto the TV because they won’t buy a smart TV. All in all I want on this vacation as a staycation for my son and his cousin and we want to use the pool and watch the movies and we couldn’t do either place is probably fine if you’re going to destination like being a tourist or wedding, but certainly not for a staycation locally

Cons -no downstairs ice maker -no king room available, even though that’s what we booked Pros -very friendly & helpful staff -hot tub was a good temp -rooms were clean & well stocked w toiletries

Currently, the property is being remodeled, so there is quite a bit of dust. The debris from the remodel is being moved in the main elevators. So it's a bit messy. Other than that the rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

My parents come up from NY with our dog because my apartment does not allow dogs. Beds are comfy, breakfast is good, close to places to eat. Special thanks to Matt overnight who at 4am helped my elderly Dad stand up in the room after he fell. Also for staff loving my dog and giving him a treat!

The staff was friendly. Also the room was clean. The pool was nice but the hot tub wasn’t so hot

It was so quiet, both nights. No road noise, airplanes. We live in a very rural area so we are not used to it, lol. Slept so well. We appreciate the breakfast at 6am rather than 7 too. We will surely be back

Great stay!
Kay at the front desk was amazing. She checked us in quick, made sure to let us know that if we needed anything she would be at the front desk until 11pm. Then she was willing to get me hot water from the kitchen because someone was using the hot water carafe. Honestly...talk about going the extra mile. We need more people like Kay! Great stay at a great hotel.

First night we were running late coming from Virginia. We called hotel and were told our room might not be available when we arrived because she had to do an audit. I told her I prepaid a non-refund charge for the room. She said I should take that up with the third-party (Expedia). She then recommended direct booking instead of using a scam like Expedia. Everthing else was fine except there was no microwave. Really?

Was running late for check-in and got a lot of grief from night clerk. She complained that Expedia and other third partyq providers were a "scam". She said we should book the hotel directly because you profited too much. Also threatened to not give us the room we paid for in advance because we were after midnight and she had to prepare her "audit". Not friendly or courteous at all. She thought my payment didn't count because it was to Expedia and not her.

We had a very good stay. We even added an extra night stay. They have a great breakfast with many options from 6 am to 10 am. Our room was quiet and very clean. We will stay again when back in the area.
