Overall good hotel

Well located, clean, just what is needed. Shula's is a bit expensive but it is nice to have a bar at the hotel. Parking is too expensive - this should be free

Lovely

We were attending a meeting at the convention center. The Hilton was lovely, and Shula's was a great place to stop for a night cap. The staff was lovely.

Patronizing Staff

Posted Mar 16, 2014
Pros: clean room
Cons: Courteous honest reception workers
Location: stadium, mall, colleges
The protestors outside the hotel were very loud. When I asked two (2) reservation specialists what was going on, I was rudely told that " the screaming people outside were protesting the weather". I found these responses to be an insult to my intellect and patronizing. Only after going outside and asking protestors did I find out that they were involved with a possible unionization of workers. I found reception employees to be rude and patronizing. The simple truth would have satisfied my need to know and left my family feeling safer.

Beautiful Room!!!

Posted Mar 16, 2014
Pros: The closeness to the Dunkin Donuts Center and everything else.
Cons: The noise level between 8-11.00 AM.; but then again most people are leaving about this time.
Location: Everything is so close we are able to go out in the afternoon and come back to take a nap and still go right out and enjoy the evening.
Excellent room; everything was so brand new.Loved the walk-in shower.

Okay hotel with sub-par parking

Posted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: Great rooms, nice beds, decent TV and climate control
Cons: Free Wifi. Honestly, every hotel nowadays has free wifi...Also the aforementioned parking fees.
Hotel was great, except for the 25$ parking fee per night. The fee alone is enough to discourage my reccomendation. For the money you spend on a room, you would think they could provide a "discounted" rate (if not completely free). I understand, they're right near the Dunkin Donuts arena, and event parking is a premium, but they really shouldn't charge more to park for a night than it costs to park in a municipal parking lot.
