Awful beds

Pros: Quiet, even though the hotel was full.
Cons: New mattress
Location: Central to everything.
Everything was fine, except for the beds. No support at all. Lay in the bed and have the sides come up and around you. Had 2 queen beds and both were bad.

Excellent hotel close to the airport

Stayed here recently while visiting family. A good choice in Warwick, with 2 decent restaurants nearby. Shuttle to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good for people traveling with pets.

Breakfast was only until 9:30 during the week was never told by the front desk and I did nt see any sign in the room or in the lobby. Found beer cap in the room on the first night I let the front desk know but it did nt seem to chock them I guess a regular dirty room

Looked brand new close to Airport

Pros: Felt good, clean, like new, and the breakfast room area was very large and very nicely decorated appreciated the staff and location
Location: close to the airport and the Warwick City Park
stayed one night and needed late check out, staff was very accommodating room was clean quiet and appealing

Nice facilities but rooms need to be more quiet!

Pros: The building and the breakfast were nice.
Cons: The WIFI could be improved. Also, the inadequate noise insulation properties of the room windows, walls, and doors could be improved!
Location: There are restaurants that are not too far a drive, and the hotel is very conveniently located near the airport.
The hotel is nicely appointed. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. My primary problem with the hotel was that the windows in the hotel did not adequately block the traffic noise. Also, the walls and door did not adequately block the noise from at least one of the adjacent rooms and the hallway. This prevented me from getting a good night sleep! One other issue was the connecting to and using the WIFI. Just connecting to and maintaining a connection to the WIFI was problematic. Also, the bandwidth, once connected, left a lot to be desired. Their WIFI is much below the typical average service I have come to expect from travels to similar hotels. If these issues could be remedied, I would definitely be a fan of this hotel, and I would recommend it. As it is, I cannot.

Pros: Location, free WiFi, free parking, breakfast included, friendly staff.
Cons: We are Holiday Inn Rewards Member, but the points were not awarded because we booked through Expedia. Strange, as other hotels did give us the points.
Location: Close to the Warwick Mall, and many nice restaurants on Post Rd.
The location of this hotel is perfect, close to the airpot but we did not hear any airplane noise. Close to the mall, to many good restaurants, close to the major high-ways, and close to Providence downtown. The room was clean, bathroom has the necessary amenities, free WiFi, breakfast is included, the staff (somehow male staff) were absolutely friendly, polite and helpful. Female staff we encountered 2 of them were not very nice. There was a line when checking in (two in front of us), and a male staff was busy answering the phones and trying to accommodate the customers for the check in, meanwhile this female staff simply looked at us and said, "he can assist you in a moment" and walked away. Obviously she did not want to assist us at all. When checking out, the same thing, a different female staff totally ignored us and a male staff ended up helping us very politely. I would have given 5 starts, but not with the attitude from those 2 female staff unfortunately.

Try someplace else

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 2 years and since they started their renovations it has not been up to standards. The worst part about this stay was that housekeeping left our room open after they finished up in there. We did not get back to the hotel till 8PM so our room was open for anyone to walk in and do whatever they wanted. To me this is a serious breach of my security and safety. Fortunately no one was laying in wait to assault me and it did not appear there was anything missing from the room. Staff refused to allow me to speak to the General Manager about this and the Front Office Manager clearly did not care.
