“Will go back”
Great place to stay, excellent service.
“Interesting”
Despite some minor problems with our room (binding bathroom door, rattle on AC panel) I would recommend this hotel as an eclectic, interesting change from typical hotels.
“Almost perfect”
The Hotel was awesome very urban Chic and all around different location is a little odd but in walking distance to the Warwick mall and about a 15min drive to Providence. Issues with a movie I had orders were stressed promptly and effiectntly. Hotel staff was friedly a pleasant the club/bar is very nice and on the 1st floor so not next to any rooms. I disliked that although I pre paid for my room the still held the cost of my room to my debit card!
“What a chic place!”
Love the converted warehouse look and room loft settings.
“Nice place”
it was nice. only drawback was during check in we were sent to a room that was already being occupied and nearly walked into an awkward situation. then the next day our room key didn't work because we were checked in for one day, which means the room didn't exactly get cleaned though that wasn't a major issue for my stay. it was likely just the particular desk attendant, otherwise the room was very nice - keurig coffee maker, motion lighting, modern set up and furniture. a computer and free printing in the lobby. right across the street from a small mall with decent store. close to the highway and a few exits from the airport and providence. would definitely visit again!
“Excellent value and original”
A modern hotel set in an old warehouse building
“best bed in town”
Worth a nights stay just to check it out. Sit in the hanging beehive chair. The beds are SUPER. If you want peace and quiet go during the week. If you're looking for the club set hit the weekend. This is not the Hiliott. It's fresh and different Oh yes, free internet, and a business center in the lobby........ rooms have iPod dock. LOFTY
“Great hotel, clean and warm staff.”
I traveled in business so I didnt spent to much time in the Hotel/room but the little time that I did spend there the staff was always kind and polite, the hotel grouunds and rooms are always clean and they make you fell like you were a repetitive guest even when this was my very first time there.
“A nice alternative to the usual airport hotel”
New and funky - worth a try. Service was great - very personal.
“Great use of an old mill - we will be back”
The place looks like something out of a modern architecture magazine. It has been expertly renovated. The only problem is that they used about one third of the old factory and the unused portions are still there - just really run-down. It shows the contrast but also makes the area a bit "seedy." It is right on a river - which is probably nice in warmer weather. The public area and restaurant on the first floor is a great juxtaposition against the old brick of the mill. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast (which was quite good) but the restaurant and bar were hopping at night with a young crowd. Our 5th floor loft was very contemporary with a king-sized platform bed, painted concrete floors, a huge window behind the bed, and very high exposed ceilings. There was a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall that could swivel so it could be seen from virtually anywhere in the room. The bed was very comfortable. One issue is that there were virtually no drawers (similar to sparse European rooms) so we really had to just live for the 3 days out of our suitcases. Not a problem for a long weekend. The bathroom was contemporary but a little too "open" for me. It was more like a semi-enclosed closet so you could hear every sound. We were visiting famly for the holiday and wil definitely look into staying there next time we need to make the trip.
