A Cool HotelPosted Aug 1, 2015
Pros: Cool design, complimentary bottle water
Cons: details and details
For some who are looking to find a cool hotel or home away from home, this is the place to try. Its modern design will offer people the same feeling you live in a modern condo in any big cities.

A place to enjoy the surrounding areaPosted Aug 1, 2015
I visited this hotel when it first opened and I was amazed it looked fresh and still as lovely. The bed was awesome.

Nice for a quick stayPosted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: We liked the temporary look but no carpet throughout just concrete floor.
Cons: Put a microwave in each room and frig with no charge. Vacuum the rooms daily. Place carpet in rooms.
Location: Nice and near the Malls
We noticed no frig or microwave so that was disappointing

Nice hotel 15 minutes from ProvidencePosted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: see above
Cons: see above
Location: visited Newport and waterfire in Providence\
Restaurant great, very cool/fun environment. Great bathroom with exception of lack of privacy (wall on top of shower opened directly to room). Great room with exception of leaking and loud AC unit right at head of beds. River view was great but if you are sensitive to noise or lights stay on other side of hotel. There was music and lights on the restaurant patio (which the river view rooms overlook) til 11ish which can be heard through the windows. This did not bother me at all but if one is sensitive it could. The beds were comfortable and there was a fantastic shower. Hotel lobby was fun!

Great atmosphere! Very friendly happy staff, great room! Bartender was very knowledgeable. Front desk stayed cool and friendly though she was busy. Had breakfast and chef really cares about the food!

very close to airport - easy access - on riverPosted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: location - comfortable beds - on river - quiet - unique build
Cons: problem with HVAC units condensation - wet carpet as result (small area)
Location: visit the State Capital building in Providence and see a lot of history also Newport is right on the ocean and very picturesque - tour mansions
located halfway between Providence and Newport - quiet and clean - restaurant has good food - I would go back - no pool - tiny refrigerators are extra daily charge

Hotel staff was awesome.Posted Jul 20, 2015
Very cool , boutique style hotel. Great friendly staff. The only thing that was not excellent was resturant and bar service. But would recommend as probably best hotel in area

nice hotel near mall and by river.Posted Jul 18, 2015
Nice, clean but a bit too modern and no much amenities for our taste. No drawers, no dresser, bed too hard and next to 2 abandoned buildings, feel kind of sketchy.

We stayed one night. An less expensive alternative to downtown Providence hotels. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is good. The rooms are small, but given the nature of the building (looks like a refurbished factory or warehouse), that is to be expected. Good place for the budget-conscious.

Different type of atmosphere. Great deckPosted Jul 14, 2015
Went for 2 year anniversary. Deck patio by river was very nice. Food and service was AMAZING. The live band was good. Had a New Orleans feel. The room itself was kind of small but setup was unique and modern. Lighting was romantic. The bed was extremely comfortable. Once I laid down I did not want to get up. Overall would recommend.
