This is one great boutique hotel, and one that we would come back to any time or for that mater recommend it to others without any hesitation. The hotel exudes warmth and style, the staff are absolutely fantastic and helpful in helping you out, and the area where the hotel is located is within walking distance to many aspects of Santiago including great restaurants and the excellent subway system.

We only stayed one night. The hotel is in a central location and easy to get around since there are lots of different transportation options.
However my only complaint is that the room shower didn´t work properly, so the only way to take a shower was using the bathtub. Since we didn´t spend much time at the hotel and were only staying for a night we just let it pass this time.

A small but handy Hotel. The staff are great. The Hotel is a bit dated but rooms are large, comfortable and more than functional. It is located just off one the main streets in Santiago within 30 min walking distance of some of Santiago's sites. Being near the main road makes it easier to explore without getting lost. My stay was only for 2 nights. This was my second visit to Santiago and this hotel was far better than my previous hotel which although much more modern was located somewhat out of the way.

My husband and I picked this hotel from the internet, based on the area - Providencia, and what other guests had to say about the place. The public areas were lovely and the room was really nice - great views of both the Andes and the city! Breakfast in the lounge on the 22nd floor was fine, though the bacon remains undercooked, as some former guests wrote in Trip Advisor. The Manager however was kind enough to return it to the kitchen and have it cooked crispy for me. Food service in the downstairs bar area was terribly slow, though when I mentioned it to the manager at the pool area, he insured that we had a positive experience for lunch outdoors. The rooms were tastefully decorated in the traditional style that I love! The Bellman and Concierge were exceptional and they both had a lot of information and asked for feedback to insure that we were happy and understood their instructions! We arranged a half day tour with Hector through the Concierge and that went really well, and we loved the seafood restaurant recommended to us on the last evening of our stay!

The Torremayor is around the corner from a Hop On Hop Off stop. It is several blocks from the sculpture park and walking distance to a wide range of restaurants. It is not clise to night life if that's what you're after.

I stayed there twice, my first room was very small, my husband and I can not be in the bathroom at the same time, too small too.
On out second stay a few days later we got a suite, now that was roomy and confortable!
It has a small sitting area and kitchenet
The location is very good, Costanera center and some restaurants at a walking distance, nice neightborhood. Would stay there, on a suite!

The hotel has excellent facilities for convention and business activities. But, the location is not the best in Santiago Business district. The restaurants are expensive and there is not a lot of choices at walking distance. The breakfast and the Wi Fi are not free, meanwhile a lot of very good hotels in Santiago include these service as free.

Providencia is home to Santiago's largest community of artists as well as some of its wealthiest residents. By day, visitors can tour the Metropolitan Zoo or ride the gondola to the peak of San Cristóbal Hill, which features a 22 meter statue of the Virgin Mary and stunning mountain views. At night, Barrio Suecia brings Providencia to life with clubs that bustle into the early morning hours.
