Nice hotel located in quiet area

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Quiet area but convenient to the area.
Cons: More identifiable signs as it was hard to locate even though I am quite familiar with the area.
Location: Nature trail, nearby shopping mall, BYU university real close.
Good, clean hotel located in quiet area with nearby nature trail. Room was a little cramped, but adequate for overnight stays.

Nice hotel with quiet setting.

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Quiet location.
Cons: Variety of items available for breakfast, i.e. more than one type of fruit, variety of bagels.
Location: Fairly central to Orem & Provo.
Hotel was a little difficult to locate. It is in a quiet location. Bed was comfortable. Amenities are adequate for short stays. Rooms were a little cramped, but OK if not being in them for most of the day. Free breakfast was good, but was limited in selection. The staff were great, particularly Jeannie. Would stay again.

Clean but super uncomfortable mattress.

Posted Apr 19, 2015
Hotel and hotel rooms were very clean so that was a plus. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and I could actually feel the springs. Also the breakfast was very poor. The only fruit offered each morning was a bowl of apples.

Nice hotel reasonable price.

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: Most everything.
Cons: beds could be improved.
We were taking a spring break on a budget and this hotel fit the bill, rooms were nice, pool was great. The beds were pretty firm though, more than we are used to so sleep was a bit shy. They do allow pets and that helped us a lot. Location was great too, we could walk on the river walkway taking our dog for his walks and just strolling in the evening. It was easy to get from the hotel to the freeway and up to Salt Lake or any of the surrounding areas, close to some really great eating too, Café Rio is awesome and just a walk a way. The breakfast was good too. The only negative is the beds being too firm.

Impossible to be fair.....

Posted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: Appears to be clean and well laid out
Cons: Assume there is a policy for unruly guests but hard to enforce these days I'm sure
Location: Close to restaurants. freeway access
I really can't fairly judge the hotel because it became a nightmare stay- Staying on the 3rd floor I was met by two very small children (about 3 and 7) running wild in the hall way- one stating their parents were at the bar. (no bar at the hotel BTW). I went to my room and it appeared clean and spacious. I went to the fitness facilities and again clean, plenty of room and a nice pool area. Hitting my room around 9:30, parents now back they showed up at the pool, it was nothing but a door slamming, hall running nightmare up to 11:30pm when one of the kids pulled the fire alarm. After everyone was back in their rooms the door slamming and hall track continued until somewhere around 1 am. I cranked my headphones and watched netflix until the head board stopped shaking from the door slamming. The hotel seemed like it could be a great place, my mind set during/after my stay doesn't give me a very objected view of the place. Parents- please don't use the hotel as a babysitting service/playground.
