One night stayPosted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: Clean, clean, clean! Priced right!
Clean and quiet. Convenient close to interstate. We only stayed one night. A little on the small side for 2 queens, but acceptable for the price. Hotel going through renovations at the time of our stay.

Decent room and bed, close to freewayPosted May 25, 2015
Pros: I liked the King size bed, the cleanliness, the location and the items offered for breakfast. Not fancy, but comfortable.
Enjoyed this room, especially compared to another room we had the following night at another motel. Smelled and looked clean. Really liked having a king size bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of items offered for breakfast, better than just a continental. Free small items if needed, e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Nice location. Near freeway and not far from other sites we needed to be to.

Not what we had hopedPosted Mar 31, 2015
The room wasn't totally clean, there was candy wrappers in the drawers and on the floor. There was a huge tear in the screen, none of the vending machines worked, the floors in the halls and the elevator were always wet sue to kids in and out of the pool playing around.

Great stayPosted Mar 23, 2015 on Hotels
It was great for a quick one night stay. Service was good and they let me stay a few hours longer until I had my business.

Hoped for the best, but..Posted Mar 17, 2015 on Hotels
The overnight front desk clerk was very helpful and efficient. However, that is about where the pleasantness of my stay ended. The room felt very old. The shower did not drain properly. There was mildew on the shower curtain. The breakfast area was overcrowded. I will not be staying here again if I can help it.

NoisyPosted Mar 4, 2015 on Hotels
There were metal clanging type noises all night long, which stopped when daylight came. Could hear every noise outside. The walls must be very thin. There was a hole in the dressing room area. Staff was very pleasant at the front desk.

Worse than it should be.Posted Feb 14, 2015 on Hotels
The front desk was very slow to respond. The pool and hot tub were closed. The food at the breakfast minimal and almost not edible (dried out muffins)

Quick trip to ProvoPosted Feb 13, 2015
The hotel was accommodating to my late check in. I was disappointed the pool and spa were down for repairs and not noted on expedia.

Car Booted in Hotel Parking LotPosted Feb 13, 2015 on Hotels
Disappointed the front desk staff did not inform us about the parking. Parked next to the hotel; our car was booted. This cost us an extra $60, and made my wife about an hour late for her professional workshop. The staff was apologetic, but couldn't do anything because their manger wouldn't be back in the office for two days. The manager neglected to follow up with us. The whole incident could have been prevented with a few words, and a parking permit from the front desk staff on check-in.

DisappointedPosted Feb 8, 2015 on Hotels
If you like to be locked out of your room every night & cold showers, then this is the place for you. Staff was not helpful at all. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, not horrible but not great. Heater was quiet. I will not stay here again. I understand things happen, but they did nothing to make it right.
