Overall, I enjoyed my staying in this property. I have nothing negative to say about this state other than the fact that it is a cheaper hotel with less amenities, but I didn’t mind for a short stay at all.

Had trouble with the refrigerator. Microwave not plugged in. Had to pull it out of the cabinet onto the table to use it. Had to park far from our room because of refinishing of parking lot and we are elderly.

This stay was awful and I wish I could reverse the decision. The room didn’t look like the photos on Expedia. Where do I even begin? The light outside the room was flickering like an ominous beacon of the experience that was yet to come. Upon entering the room, there was a musty, smell, lingering that I would soon come to find out, was from the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling had black mold spackled in areas, the bathroom door had a large patched hole in it (that I can only imagine was from someone attempting to break, into said door), there was trash underneath the sink area and in between the nightstand of both queen beds, the showerhead was at a very low position and made it difficult to shower with ease, the tub was slow to drain and during said shower, mysterious brown flakes rose with the clogged line. The walls throughout the room had holes, and unfinished patched sections that made me feel like I was in a DIY flipper home. All of the furniture had heavy signs of wear and scratches. Something I found quite comical was that on the bathtub shower wall they decided to use a flat wall doorstopper to cover up a hole inside the tub. The bedside lamp had an especially interesting feature. Every time you would bang the nightstand, the light would flicker on and off because the wiring was damaged. The absolute worst thing about the room was that there was a missing cover plate for the air-conditioning unit. With two small children, this was a huge red flag 1/10 DO NOT STAY HERE

Great staff, mediocre accommodations
The people working at this Days Inn are super friendly and accommodating. We had what we needed during our stay. That being said I likely will not stay here again as the property is very worn, not well kept or cleaned (our towels were stained), not very comfortable, and breakfast was extremely limited with no fruits or proteins. The cost is budget friendly and if you just need a place to pop in this will probably work for you

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
The manager was the worst customer experience I have ever had at a hotel, or really anywhere. Check out was at 11:00. Housekeeping started knocking around 9:00, and continued to come back and knock and knock. At 11:00 we were still trying to get our stuff together and the manager came by to say check out was at 11:00. My son slammed the door on her face. She then kept knocking. I opened the door and told her that we were getting our stuff together and my son was struggling with emotional regulation and she said that was not her problem. It was 11:04, she said I needed to respect the check out time. I told her I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and have always had a few minutes past check out to get out. She said we needed to respect the check out time. She wanted us to keep the door open while she stood there and watched us gather our stuff together. It was UNBELIEVABLE. By the time we got in the car with our stuff it was 11:11. All of this for "checking out" 11 minutes late. I have never experienced anything like this before at a hotel. She wanted us to respect the check out time, yet they continued to knock on the door repeatedly several hours before check out time. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Don't recommend this place at all!!!!

more like a roach motel, than a decent one.
When we arrived, the room was dingy and musty like it hadn't been used for months. The mattresses were well used and squeaky. We'd have asked for a different room, but they were booked up in our area, so we had to make do with that, but seriously disappointed in the quality

What happened to customer service?
So I was only staying for one night and when I decided I was gonna stay for two nights I decided to call the front desk first and ask the kid who was working up there. He said with sure confidence that I would not have to switch rooms because I was just staying in the same room And there wouldn’t be an issue just cause they’re gonna be doing some remodeling. He says he will talk to his manager, but there shouldn’t be a problem. My experience I know he’s not going to talk to his manager. I’m gonna have to talk to them myself, so I went to the front desk myself as I go to the front desk, he didn’t tell me you have to get out of the room because you just booked it now I need you to move. Luckily, I had already packed and I had already known that he wasn’t going to check up on it and I was going to have to move. Told me I had to come back in four hours when check in time was check in time got back there at a little after five and they were still remodeling. There was only one room available for me, and it was in the corner in the top where all the other rooms were still being worked on all night long till midnight, at least. Went to the airport in the morning and dropped my friend off came back to my hotel room and they had went in the room cleaned it locked the doors and I was no longer able to get into my room. I’m not quite sure why but no apologies no letting me back into my room.

Remodel your business plan.
I don’t know if I’m living some sort of joke, or this is the worst business I’ve ever been to in my entire life, but I just have to say I checked in two nights ago and in between checking in and check out I decided I wanted to stay another night so I wouldn’t have to leave and go find another hotel. So they do not inform me that I have to check out of one room wait four hours and then come back because they’re doing a little remodeling. So do I come back and the remodeling is still happening and they put me in a room that is still got the remix holes in the walls. Nothings hung up on the walls, headboards on the floor, screws, nuts, bolts, everything on the ground and the drilling and pounding continues all night long. Wake up in the morning, 8 am. To give my friend a ride to the airport and I come back and my hotel room has been cleared and locks are changed. Housekeeper notices. I’m trying to get in the room and she just goes into the room next to mine without saying anything to me like she changed the room.
