We have family in Lehi and American Fork so we chose this property and have no regrets. The complimentary breakfast was good, staff was kind and efficient and I would stay there again.

The Room was very clean and comfortable. The Handicap shower needs attention. The Curtain didn’t reach the floor so water went everywhere. The hose leaked and hardly reached the bench. There was no where to place the wand when not in use. These aren’t real serious problems, unless you are handicapped like me.

The main entrance to the hotel parking lot is not identified from the cross street. I suggest better or more prominent signage on the road.

The room was not very clean as well as the pool was down for maintenance on a weekend and that is one of the reasons we stay at hotels so our kids can swim.

Checkout is at 11:00 am, at 9:30 we got a knock on the door before I could get to the door housekeeping walked in unannounced. Twenty minutes later they did it again. They shouldn’t be knocking on doors until after checkout time. Also the heater wouldn’t work in our room unless it was on 80, which in a small room is way too hot.

When we arrived the property had a technical malfunction where room keys weren’t able to be issued to guests. The front desk refused to issue a refund but stated our only option was to get our things and be let into the room by the only staff on duty. I had to get something from my car and it was scary to leave my young child in the room by himself when I had no key but I also did not want to take him to the parking lot in the middle of the night. Additionally the front desk staff was on her phone on a personal call the entire time she was checking us in and walking us to our rooms. At one point saying “shut up” out loud and in such a way that it was not clear to whom she was speaking. When I reported the issue to Expedia, asking for a refund they stated that they contacted management and the refund was refused. Additionally, the same staff person was still working 10 hours later during breakfast the next morning. The hotel was not clean and had a bad smell additionally. I think this location in particular suffers from extremely poor and possibly illegal management and maintenance practices. I’ve stayed at several other Hampton Inns and am a rewards member and never experienced such poor quality or service. Stay ANYWHERE else if you need to stop in this area.

Quick overnight stay
At check-in, everything looked great. Unfortunately, we were very dismayed by the end of our one-night stay. The bed was very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep much because of this. The tub didn’t drain well. The rest of the room was fine. The breakfast was over-the-top bad!!! Waffle maker didn’t work right. Potatoes were awful. Orange juice unfortunately was not orange juice; it was thick overly concentrated grapefruit juice in the orange juice dispenser. Unfortunately the worst breakfast I can remember.

Checked in (Room 203) and the place had not been cleaned- dirty sheets, towels on floor, broken phone and broken refrigerator. Went down to move (Room 103) to have that room with stained floors, broken curtain, and zero hot water for shower the next morning. Voiced concerns at front desk and was told manager would contact us. Of course, that never happened. Avoid this hotel.

The original room they put us in was not cleaned when we got up to it. Not a huge deal but more an annoyance as we then had to shift to another room. The second room had some black spots around the corner of the window. Don't think it was mold, but still troublesome. When we got into the room there were only two bath towels--no hand towels or washcloths. Had to get those from the front desk. We didn't spend much time in the room so we lived with it. I like the location. Plenty of food options in walking distance. And works well if you have to go both north into SL Valley or south into Happy Valley. It is relatively low cost which is nice. Have stayed there for many years 2 or 3 times a year and it has been reliable, but starting to show its age. Will probably try somewhere else in the area next time.

Nice night!
Hotel was good and service excellent! A few problems in the room: refrigerator was just barely cool and could not adjust the temperature; and the bathroom facet was a real joke. (Facet neck was so short it just barely reached the sink but when used would flood the counter top. Also it was loose and wobbled in use.)

For a nice hotel that has potential this sucked
1. the shower was clogged we called to have it looked at one person showed up and my child was in the bathroom I told him to wait 2 min he disappeared and never returned that was annoying showering with a bath full of unwanted water 2. I found dusty towels no biggie I understand things happen we are human 3. There was nasty stains on the mattress that looked like blood that was room 204 go look for yourself 4. The breakfast was soooo nasty dry and old got us sick 5. The A/C was cold but didn’t seem to keep the room cool so the night was a bit too hot
