We had a good experience

We had a little trouble when we went to sign in. I had called a couple of days before, so didn't print my itinerary. But we got it worked out--even got an upgraded room. Breakfast was okay but not great. We chose a cheaper hotel, and the experience was very good.

The wifi sucks here

Everything about this hotel is great for the price; but the wifi technology kicks you off it seems every 20 minutes. I guess this is to stop people from watching / using netflix. So every 20 minutes you need to "accept the terms and conditions." I was able to do a video call with a significant other, but after 20 minutes the connection stopped and didnt return until the next day. Gave up after thAt.

This hotel was placed perfect.

Pros: The location. It was 10 minutes away from the shopping malls and near gas stations.
When I checked in the attendant was friendly and informed me about breakfast and emenities. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel was in a perfect location right off the freeway. All I had to do was turn on the GPS and go. If I am in Utha again I will surely stay there.

excellent hotel

Pros: i like everything about the hotel
Cons: laundry cost was alittle expensive and the drayer seem to be too static
Location: location was great
i can only say it cant be better than this. staff was excellent and quite peaceful place to leave

Not What It Used To Be

Pros: Beds were comfy
Cons: Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, breakfast facilities.
Location: It's Orem... happy valley Utah.... You can stare at the pretty mountains and shop at the gas station. Stay in SLC and save yourself the trouble.
This hotel was old, elevators smelled like urine, and breakfast... well. :-(. Lots of options for breakfast but it was dirty, unattended, waffle iron did not work per instructions and every guest had to scrape their now mess of a waffle off the iron. I would not ever stay here again. I should have spent the extra $15 and stayed at the Radisson. La Quinta on University Pkwy is MUCH nicer than this one. I wonder if this location is a franchise...?

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff and good location for nearby attractions including Bridal Veil Falls and Thanksgiving Point Gardens.
