Decent Hotel. Hotel is older, but clean.

Cons: Pool closes at 10 pm. We got in late and couldn't go swimming. should extend hours til at least 11pm.
Hotel is older, but the rooms are nice and clean. Elevator is a little scary.

Good place to stay

Pros: The Pool, free breakfast, near the freeway, near to a shopping center, comfortable beds, pet and family friendly
Cons: The elevator
Location: Excellent location near the freeway,
The attendant was very nice in helping me get a taxi and using their computer to send email.

La Quinta hotel in Orem.

Easy on and off I-15. Close to UVU. Appears to be undergoing renovation. All molding removed from floors, carpet in sad shape in hallways.

We were there for 3 days. One of the Hotel stairways was under construction the whole time. It seemed to be repainting, but the project was NOT progressing at all. Dust and debris was found all over the second floor, and the elevator was very slow, clunky, and never swept. The rooms were clean however. The beds were a very slight upgrade over the normal hotel bed.

Hotel was undergoing a new coat of paint. It was being done very poorly and there was paint everywhere. I've stayed at nicer hotels that were $20 cheaper so I wasn't very pleased with this one.

Convenient for our needs

Pros: It is convenient for our visits with family. The room was clean.
Cons: Having to leave $100.00 deposit for paying with cash is a little ridiculous, I can see if you pay with CCard.
Location: Easy to find right off freeway.
Booked on line, have never stayed here, but will probably use again.

Friendly check in. My sons room the TV not working right... picture went away after 1 hour and he was given new room. Good breakfast bar. Doing some painting when we arrived. Good value stay
