A place to stay if you are traveling through.
Posted Jan 12, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff. Easy access. Nice pool and whirlpool/hot tub.
Cons: Strong smell of either cleaning agents or air freshener. They may want to change cleaning agents? When something is clean don't use freshener.
Location: We just were traveling through town.
Friendly staff. Easy access. Nice pool and whirlpool/hot tub. Good internet connection. The bathroom did only have a shower and was cramped.

Great Getaway
Posted Jan 4, 2013
Pros: The staff, the location, my room
Cons: I wish there were tubs in the rooms instead of just showers. The TV was terrible. They need new big flatscreen TVs.
Location: There are so many fast food places, and sit down restaurants in the area. The mall is just across the street too, so it is a great location!
There were a few stains and tears on the carpet, but other than that it was in great shape. The price was great, and the space was perfect for me. I just wanted a little bit of an escape, and this was the perfect place to go. I loved my time there, and would definitely go again for the peace and quiet it provided. As others have stated the breakfast area is really really small, but you can take it back to your room and it's great.

Maggie at front desk - very helpful!!!
Posted Jan 17, 2013
Pros: Hot tub at the end of a long driving day.
Cons: Breakfast could be a little more inclusive of other selections.
My daughter left a pillow and her "blankey" at the hotel. We didn't notice until we were down the road. We returned there 4 days later on our return trip and Maggie had our beloved blankey and pillow. My daughter was ecstatic and it was very kind of her to hold them for us.

Clean and Comfortable, but crowded breakfast area.
Posted Jan 13, 2013
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The location was nice, right off the freeway exit and on ramp, but not noisy.
Cons: Expand the breakfast area; more tables to sit at, and more waffle machines.
My husband and I thought the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was cordial, but we got the impression that the three employees we dealt with would rather have been somewhere else. The breakfast area was so small and poorly laid out that it was unpleasant. There was one waffle machine right by the juice and coffee in an area only two people could fit into. There were only three tables, and they were constantly full. The message I got from the set up was, "get in and get out, and maybe we won't incur too much expense feeding the guests."

This is a clean, inexpensive hotel. The first thing I noticed was the lettering on the wall behind the reception counter was uneven and appeared to be falling off the wall. That said the hotel seemed clean and the staff was friendly. The room smelled badly of cleaning fluids - probably - because it was a designated pet room (we had our two small dogs), but we simply opened the window and turned on a fan. Other than that nothing to complain about for the price but nothing to rave about either. I would probably look around and spend just a bit more the next time but I really had no complaints.

Indoor Pool, jacuzzi, free breakfast, cookies
Posted Jan 1, 2013
Pros: Clean and modern. Near a Sizzler, Kmart, Arby's, Chuck O Rama restaurant.
Cons: Free Breakfast from 6:00am to 9:00am and we usually missed it because we like to sleep in. Pool/jacuzzi closes at 10:00pm. Wish it stayed open to 11.
Location: Located sort of on the "wrong side of the tracks" in Provo, but its in a safe location. Right across the street from the Provo Town Center mall.
Nice hotel. Room was clean, except there was a razor and toothbrush from previous guest left in our bathroom on top of the shower door. It was up pretty high, though and the maid probably didn't see it up there.

Nice place to stay
Posted Jan 1, 2013
Pros: Clean and comfortable, nice bathroom and shower.
Cons: The room was a bit small
Location: It looks a bit far from downtown Provo, but it's only 2-3 minutes away by car.
The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The heat/air conditioner unit was noisy. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled fairly recently -- everything was clean and seemed new. Our room had a shower only, but it was large and had plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi worked well. The included breakfast was above average for the price. The room had a refrigerator and microwave oven. The pool and spa looked clean and appealing (but we didn't use them).

Pros: The breakfast, the ease of getting to it and the helpfulness of the staff
Cons: Not being able to stay longer
Location: Location was perfect, within walking distance of shopping, eating and park
The staff was very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend staying there again!
