Close to family and activities we needed.

Posted Oct 15, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: A table in the room
Location: It was near those areas in Provo we needed to access.
We had a good stay. The location was good for us. We needed a table but didn't have one in the room. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Posted Oct 1, 2014
My daughter and I chose Sleep Inn Provo for two reasons: it was close to the airport and the price was very good. We thought we might be taking a chance, but if it was at least clean, it would do. Not only was it very clean, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast consisted of a good variety of food and drinks. Anytime we travel we will look for Sleep Inns.

Is the Captain "on board"

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: The rooms are too small. Good for one person.
Cons: Just about everything but start with firing the front desk staff.
Location: Nothing. The motel is near the University in the middle of an office complex.
If you don't have front end staff to run the place then the Captain of the ship better come up from below and steer the vessel. This ship is a disaster. The girl is bored to tears with her job and the morning guy is just plain rude. Wouldn't it be funny if they both are owners. Not funny, just sad!

Convenient Location

Posted Sep 1, 2014
We stay here a few times a year when my son participates in a baseball Tournement in nearby Spanish Fork and Salem. It's very close to resteraunts, shopping and has a simple breakfast bar in the lobby. I like the guest rooms that have a tv in the bathroom as well.

Good price hotel, ok location for our trip.

Posted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: Quiet hallways. Quiet rooms.
Cons: could use some updating of decor
Location: short drive to several places to eat and BYU
location was not easy to see from main street. Needs better signage. Luckily we had an extra person with driver to watch the GPS and search for the building. Everything was clean and comfortable, and quiet. Usually stay at higher-end hotels but only needed a one night place to sleep and shower. Was a good deal.

We stayed in Provo on our way south to the national parks. This hotel was wonderful; clean and comfortable rooms, quiet, nice hotel staff.
