“Clean and New”

This place did the trick. It was very new and clean. We were on the third floor facing away from I-15, so it was quiet. No complaints. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Area recommendations

I-15, Exit 279, five miles south of hotel has tons of restaurants and stores.

“Great place to stay”

The hotel had everything you need when on the road: a good hot breakfast, free internet service, pool, jacuzzi, exercize room, and a small store for incidentals. The location is very convenient to the highway, gas station, shops, movie theater and restaurants. And the staff was helpful and courteous.

“Good for one night.”

They said they had a full breakfast, but it was more like a continental breakfast than a full breakfast. There were six of us in our party and the room slept six , but was pretty small. The hotel was nice and the service friendly.

“"Suites"”

Rooms are small but comfortable. When I think of a suite, I expect a dining area and some kind of utensils to use. These units have a small undercounter refrigerator, no table, a microwave in the cupboard, no utensils. Not much as a SUITE, but overall a small but very comfortable room. Continental breakfast was good.

“Great Place to Stay”

I stayed here with my husband and kids while we visited Thanksgiving Point. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and it was so nice to have a separate area with a couch to watch TV in. Everything was new and clean. The kids loved the pool. The free breakfast had a lot of variety with waffles, eggs and sausage and the staff worked very hard to keep everything stocked. It was the perfect place for a little weekend getaway. I will definitely be staying here again.

“Will not stay at this hotel again.”

Hotel Management should use more care when booking large groups. As a family of 4, with young children, our room was booked right in the middle of a cheerleading squad. Rooms on both sides of us, as well as those across the hall were full of cheerleaders and family. We know this because their names were proudly posted on the doors. We spent the night listening to chants of "drink more beer". They also ran, as a group, down the halls all night. The desk clerk said there was nothing he could do because he was alone at the desk and could not leave his post. He also refused to move us to another room, because the cheer group was located on all 4 floors of the hotel. Management…you need to book large groups at one end of the hotel in rooms above and below one another. Other guests should be booked at the opposite end. The hotel was not full for the night, the clerk could have moved us away from the group. Staff was not helpful, or professional. The hot tub was also, out of order.

“Measured up to our high standards”

We expect excellence and reliability with a Marriott property and we were not disappointed. The room, furnishings, appliances, bedding, decor, were all the most modern, efficient, clean and functional... top of the line. That is one less thing for us to worry about when we travel, we know with a Marriott property we will always get consistent quality, value and comfort. The separate sitting room with mini kitchen was such a blessing. This was really more like a mini apartment than a motel room. Exactly what we wanted, met and even exceeded our expectations.

Area recommendations

We were attending an event in Lehi, and there was no suitable hotel nearby so we chose to book at nearby Thanksgiving Point just for the purpose of staying at this Marriott Springhill Suites rather than a substandard motel in Lehi.
