Roaches in the drawers, dirt in the tub/shower, water would not turn off and ran all night, toilet would not flush, no saftey locks on the room door, reserved 2 queen beds but got one bed and a sleeper sofa for 4 people, no towels or hair dryer...not that it would even matter at this point. Asked for a refund and got $10 off the room...yay, us. I could go on...

Old rusty dirty hotel.
Everything was dirty. There were flies in the room. The doors had rust on them. Did not felt safe in the hotel. Do not recommend for anyone especially families.

Do you want breakfast
Check-in was easy. The staff was very helpful. After I left, I thought that I had left my cell. ( I did not as it turns out) When we talked to staff about this she made extraordinary efforts to find it. On the other hand: microwave in room did not work so I had no way to heat water for my tea. There was hot water available at breakfast bar but that is not really hot enough for brewing tea. Also no hot breakfast only dry cereal and bread. There was a toaster and little packets of jelly but no butter. Overall this hotel was acceptable. But if you care about breakfast, (like me) this is not the place for you.

Infested with roaches, No accommodations!
Terrible experience! No accommodations when we asked. Customer service was very poor and rude. They said they'll let us know if there is room available but they never got back to us. They didn't show any concerns when we let them know about insects and roaches in our room. They didn't have wheel chair accessible for my mom. Overall terrible experience. Will never book from Day Inn again.

I do apologize for this experience. This is unexceptable anywhere, however, don't blame it on Days Inn, or wyndham, this is fault of only one Guest and it has been a battle since we realized they were the reason. We are getting the issue resolved. And we do apologize, and thank everyone for their patience as we take care of this mess that is causing horrifying reviews, and customer issues.

We stayed at this property for Labor Day weekend as we attended Rocklahoma. The room smelled musty and a bit smokey, there was a broken tile in the bathroom floor that would wobble if you stood on it. (You had to stand on it, it was right in front of the sink) We saw severalsmall roach looking bugs in the bathroom and the hallway outside smelled of cigarettes and weed. The emergency exit door was always proped open during the day because the actual security door did not work. Breakfast was minimal at best and there was a room at the top of the stairs that had a blanket tucked up agaist the door on the floor (it was there and didn't move for 3 days) Overall, the room wasn't great.. mattress pad was stained and looked yucky, but the bed was comfy, the TV worked, and the staff was friendly. We only used this place as a crash pad for after our daily concerts, but it wasnt great.

Not very clean. Found a bug on the wall and a big spider on vanity in the morning. Requested rooms next to each other and didn’t even get the same floor.

The check in process was abysmal, the room smelled musty upon arrival, the bath tub needed repair and had mold at the top where it meets the painted wall. We went to grab breakfast at 7:50 and there were 4 yogurts, one piece of bread, cereal and apples/bananas available. You really never know what you are going to get at a Days Inn and this was a disappointment.

Dear Mr. Brian,I am so sorry you had this experience. I'm not sure what room you stayed in, but I will let you know we have been fixing our tubs, and retrimming and painting our bathrooms. You just happen to be the lucky contestant that got a room that wasn't fixed yet. You can rest assured this is our agenda, and we are fixing them. There were two separate customers/guests in line when I walked in. The desk clerk checked them in quickly and efficiently. Then it was my turn. Again the desk clerk was very quick and efficient. She was also very polite and friendly. I was checked in with no problems whatsoever.

What is shown in the pictures is not what you get. The trash bens were packed, ceiling tiles missing. Extra furniture from another room was in our room, the cabinet with drawers that holds the fridge (and those were in terrible shape.) The strong smell of insense was everywhere. We woke up to the alarm clock from the next door room and not the one at the head of the bed so the walls must be paper thin cause we heard the neighbors entire morning conversation. And we noticed old blood stains on the sheets as we were checking out. I’ve had better rest in my old barracks when I was in the Marines.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your stay was, we do apologize for any issues you experienced, we will look into these issues, could be the mechanics of the faucet, because our hot water is fine. We do have blow dryers, but our hotel is under construction right now. It's always a good idea to call the desk, to let them know if something is missing or going wrong.we are there to help you have a wonderful stay at our motel, and we wouldn't want to charge you for anything that you didn't take.we appreciate you andThank you for staying, and thank you for your time.

They were having a sewer issue, so many rooms were closed. This also gave the inside a musty smell. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Yub did not drain well. The AC did not work, as the wall plug had a bad connection. I was able to jiggle it enough to work sporadically, but made for an uncomfortable night. When I let the front desk know in the morning, I was mansplained how electricity works, and that it was a reset. I inquired about the fact it turned off after less than a minute, and the guy said I didn't need it anyway. Refused to give me a printed receipt, even though extra charges and fees incurred on site. The free breakfast was some curdled milk, bread for toast, sour orange juice, stale cereal. Spouse said the waffles were good, though.

Thank you for understanding our many issues at this time, and I apologize that the a/c unit gave you fits.I could make up excuses, but I will tell you that a lot of our issues are because our maintenance man passed in february of covid, and he was irreplaceable. I apologize greatly that these inconveniences even occurred. I am so glad you enjoyed your waffle!

I didn't like the fact that when we drove up there was a window busted out upstairs in the front. There was a lot of construction going on upstairs and a broken water line that flooded upstairs and yet they were going to put us upstairs!! The room we ended up in had a problem with the temperature in the room. It was either freezing or extremely warm. The traffic outside and upstairs kept us up all night!! It was like living in the ghetto! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!

The staff was rude. The room stunk the room was nasty the sheets and blankets were dirty. We did not stay I had to get a different hotel and pay full price. I won’t use this again. I would like my money back on it.

The room was damp and mildewy smelling. Shortly after going to bed we had to call an ambulance for my mom who couldn't breathe. While she was still in the ER, we went back and checked out because she couldn't return to the room. The manager told us they've never had complaints about mold or mildew and a quick glance of the reviews tells you that's a lie. The woman who checked is on was friendly this stay would have been

Television did not work and the staff could not address the problem. Room was very small and the bath/shower while clean had a patch or something in the bottom of the tub. I didn't shower. There was an unappealing aroma in the room, not a clean/sanitized aroma.

The bed was comfortable, which is extremely important. However, the TV didn’t work, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, There was no elevator, so the only way up was a stairwell—not a big deal but in the light of day, the window in the stairwell showed dirt, wasps nests and other gross stuff (outside, but still). If you heard a light sleeper, you will hear all the noise from the highway like you’re sleeping with the window open. It was okay, but not someplace I would ever stay again.

The bedspread had dirt stains on it, the bathroom tile was loose, the fridge was unbalanced and froze everything including what was stored on the door. The shower was great…great water pressure and temperature. The toilet lid was dirty like the bedspread.

NASTY
One word discribes this hotel - NASTY. We ended up leaving after checking into the room, and seeing how disgusting it was. Sheets, mattresses, pillows and towels were stained and overall room was dirty. Didn’t even want to walk on the carpet. Should have known when seeing how bad the lobby was and where the free breakfast is held. Shame on Hotels.com for allowing people to book this hotel. Thank goodness another hotel was available down the street that late in the evening to check into.

Receptionist at hotel lied multiple times saying that Expedia was at fault for not accommodating our rooms correctly when in reality it was the locations fault for false advertisement. Expedia was able to relocate and accommodate us. We greatly appreciate your teams work!
