Ok the HotelPosted Jul 7, 2014
I spected that staying in Camino Real Will be a better experience, unfortunately there are other cheaper hotels with better rooms, service and and confortable. They didn´t give me wiffi, they wanted to charge for it.

Comfortable hotel but not close to tourist areasPosted Feb 2, 2014
Pros: good breakfast buffet (tho a bit pricey), comfortable room except for the hard bed.
Cons: Provide a coffee maker and free wifi.
Location: On a very busy boulevard overlooking a golf course. Nothing with walking distance except for a small super market. Historic center by cab.
We received a room upgrade (Expedia Elite VIP hotel) and were very pleased with the spacious suite. As in most of the more expensive Mexican chains, the room was short on some of the comforts and extras found in other chains: the usual hard mattresses, no free wifi, no coffee maker or microwave. Service was very good, and the restaurant food was of good quality. The hotel is located on a very busy boulevard overlooking a golf course and an expensive neighborhood. However, except for a small supermarket next door, nothing is within walking distance. It is a short cab ride to an upscale mall and about a 20 to 30-minute ride to the historic center.

Horrible Hotel Staff ServicePosted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: The room was nice and clean and that's about it. Maybe it took them 2 hours to clean my room.
Cons: FREE WIFI. I think this is the only hotel that I've been to that doesn't have WIFI. Even a tiny hotel in the middle of nowhere has FREE WIFI.
Location: there wasn't much to do near by...at least within walking distances. There are a few things a couple of miles away.
80% of the staff was rude. You would expect a certain amount of professionalism in a hotel like Camino in Mexico. I thought the staff was extremely rude. Looked like everyone working there was having a crappy day. Plus, I had to wait 2 hours before I got into my room.
