Dear Henny!Thank you very much for taking the time to express your commentIt is a pleasure for us to know that the facilities and rooms were to your liking.Allow me tell you that the hotel is built in a house of the eighteenth century (1800) which continues to retain its magic and authenticity as each of our rooms that are decorated in a unique wayLet me explain, access to the wet areas such as, pool, jacuzzi and steam room are for the use of our guests, we certainly have a set schedule, which is from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, for the use of jacuzzi and steam room if we require a prior reservation, since the use would be exclusively for you and we do not want you to join someone else, as for the swimming lane, there was no reservation on your part, but we told you that you do not need a reservation as such, it can be used as long as it is within the established schedules.We understand that you contacted us to verify certain points since August 8, such as to verify that your reservation was correct since you had made it through expedia, as well as to request a menu for your guests.
