We could not turn down AC..very cold. I did not realize eco-friendly meant no face cloth and 1 hand towel..Clean. Food in restaurant was horrible.

Staff so friendly. The parking lot is very well lit. Got a decent size flat screen. But outside the property, there is not too much light so walking around after sunset is not recommended. My room did not have a saving toilet and the shower curtain Rod was broken. Found a (new) condon packet tucked at the sofa maybe from previous guests.

Ask for "volcano view" !
The young man at reception was very personable, and all the staff were very kind and helpful. We had a nice view of Popocatepetl, even with the low clouds.

Fiesta Inn FINSA PUEBLA GREAT VALUE
Fiesta Inn FINSA Puebla is a excellent option if you need a convinient, friendly, well located and safe hotel. Although is located in Puebla-Mexico Highway, the hotel is just one block away of one of the main avenues of the city (Av. Serdan). The breakfast buffet is very good and not pricey. I would recommend this hotel to any business or weekend traveller.

Abigail at the front desk is amazing. Her English is pretty good which is a plus for me since my Spanish is limited. I had problems that were not related to my stay at the hotel and she was able to solve them all. Amazing young lady who went out of her way at every opportunity to make me feel at home.

I normally do not leave reviews (when I know I should because they are so helpful) but I had to leave one for this hotel. I don't think I have ever had such an awesome stay at a hotel like this one. The staff is incredible!! They helped me with every request. It was my son's birthday that weekend and they made it very special for him and me. I am very happy with this hotel and will definitely stay there again. Its a lovely hotel! Luckily I had a car to move around but I noticed that they always had taxi's sitting inside their facility to move you around. Once again staff very helpful and FRIENDLY!!!!! Highly recommend it!!!!

A great stay!
Staff was excellent and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Kids played hard in the clean pool. Kids enjoyed the park in the safely enclosed area while the adults could enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

This is a nice hotel conveniently located beside major highway. My only complaint was partly to do with Hotels.com. When I made the reservation the Hotels.com website mentioned that free breakfasts were included with the rate. However when I checked into the hotel I was told that breakfasts were $170 pesos per person extra, and definitely not included in the room rate.

Hotel Fiest Inn Finsa
This was my first trip to Puebla and I was pleased with the Fiesta Inn Hotel in Finsa, although it was more expensive than the hotels my colleagues were in. I was there on business and this was ideal for the Finsa industrial park which was 10 minutes away. Puebla town centre is further and I would not stay here if you want to tour the town centre. I only had breakfast there and it was more variety than I needed. Taxis were very cheap and good. People are very friendly, but the advice was not to go out at night !

Literally an oasis
It's in the middle of nowhere, unless you are visiting VW. The VW plant is across the road, but The historical district and Cholula, are 20 minute cab rides away. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's also very cheap. The only thing I wished, was that there was a place to sit outdoors, other than the patio next to the pool.
